I would have gave it 5 except the plastic screw that locks the headrest position the threds were stripped before the first time I tried to tighten it so I had to buy a metal bolt and that worked fine. I have one other problem that you could maybe help me with I have misplaced my receipt and I was hoping to submit it for part of a medical claim for tax purposes if you could send me another copy I would greatly appreciate it.

Karman Universal Folding Headrest

It works good for his head but if someone is pushing the chair watch out for your fingers. It just barely stretches to 22 inches and if you bump it it pinches your skin and then comes apart. The makers need to put 1 more inch so it doesn't come apart so easily and it is advertised for a 22 inch chair - not really.

works good in my van ,so head has place to go and hold when vehicle takes off no more whiplash...wish I didn't need to keep on wheelchair though kinda hard to keep taking it off. I have a drive wheelchair it fit fine.
