Works Well Enough but Strap Needs Improvement

This split works well enough, but the strap that wraps around the thumb and then fastens with Velcro needs improvement. In my case the strap is too long and sort of flops around. On the last one I bought, I cut the strap to shorten it, and that ruined the whole thing (and led me to buy another one without trying other products). Beyond the length of the strap, I've found (this is my third one) that there should be a better (larger) Velcro fastener for the strap.

Great splint and customer service

This is the second splint bought. First one was good and this one had an issue - the Velcro separated from the strap, as has happened to a few others as reported here. I contacted the company and their service was exceptional. The faulty splint was immediately replaced. There will always be issues, customer support is what makes the difference. These splints are great and the customer service is really good. What more could you expect.....

Poor quality

I've had this CMC thumb splint since March. It provided fairly good support for 6 months, but within the last week, the velcro strips have separated from the fabric--tearing the fabric in one place so that it can't even be repaired/sewn. Now, the splint is unusable. Apparently, they only glued the velcro onto the fabric, because I don't see a single stitch along the velcro.

Helps for arthritis in thumb

Difficult to navigate website!

My husband has ordered several pairs of these gloves. They do help the arthritis in his thumbs. No problem locating the men's large right glove. Took me a very long time attempting to find the left glove which ended up being from a different vendor. User friendly site would have the option to purchase both or clearly state it is unavailable.

Very comfortable

I had fractured my wrist and was initially in a hard cast, then in a larger removable cast with a metal splint, and my doctor suggested this smaller soft cast for home use while continue to heal. Finally just wore this one. Very comfortable but stopped me from using my thumb. Recommend highly.

Great Product

I am so glad I got this for my osteoarthritis. I have been having issues with my left thumb and wrist. This has helped give support that I needed without feeling trapped in a splint that causes more pain. Best thing I could have gotten and I would recommend to anyone needing supply but with enough movement to do chores.
