Works great to release tight muscles

In addition to pain relief, this thing has saved me so much money, because I'm able to do self care instead of having to see my physical therapist so often. Regular use after high intensity work outs has made a big difference to keep muscles loose and keep me pain free. The quality of the material is good and I like that it comes in a variety of colors. I bought a second one to keep in different parts of the house.

A definite buy

I needed something harder than the foam rollers at the gym. Did some digging and read lots of reviews and found this gem. I use for deep muscle massages to release tension from achy & tight muscles. This does the job PLUS some. It’s hard and sturdy. I’m able to get to the harder to reach places with much more pressure. Bought the 2 pack and gave the other to my dog. A ball he can’t chew up finally! Even biting into it he doesn’t leave marks/indents. It’s amazing

Dogs Love These

Very study and chew-proof. It doesn’t have the harmful material that wears your dog’s teeth down like tennis balls. Good bounce to them. They do NOT float though, so use caution when around water (my friend’s dog has lost several in the pond at the park lol).

A cure to your pain

I have been using these balls for some time and learn of them from my therapist and you find the spot of pain and work it and 90 % of your pain goes away. I keep 1 in my truck,office, travel bag and at home and when my sciatic nerve start to act up this is my med.

Exactly what you'd expecxt

Not much to say here. As the headline says, it's exactly what you'd expect. Two, blue, good quality lacrosse balls. I use them for pain relief and rolling out my back. Haven't actually played lacrosse with them, so thats where my review ends.

Great for dogs

Got the idea from someone else who brought a lacrosse ball to the park. So far, THESE ARE GREAT. Even when large dogs got ahold of them, they barely make a slight dent after biting them for a while. My dog just likes playing fetch and I was sick of the chuckit balls getting cracked. These a cheaper AND more durable. Update: I don't know how but one dog got ahold of it at the park for a bit and now it's all scratched up. So maybe not as durable for all dogs? Maybe that dog had super sharp teeth??

These are great, next time I might not go with green because my kids tend to lose them in the yard they tend to blend in.

I love those balls for back massage. They are absolutely perfect.But they smell horrible.I hope the smell will go away.

Does what I need it to and does it well

Like many others here, I bought this lacrosse ball for massage and it works great. It does have a very strong, plastic-y smell but it doesn't bother me because I don't use the ball near my face. EDIT: After having had the all for two months, the toxic smell is now gone.
