Does what I need it to do!

It's easy to load and program. I'd recommend it to anyone look for a programmable sprayer. Just don't put it too high towards the ceiling. You have to use a special tool provided to open the case. You have to have room above the dispenser to open it and until you get the feel of how to open it, you have to look at what you're doing to open it.

So far so good, nice addition to the restroom

We have grown so large that our restroom needed constant freshening, and this fully programmable device does the trick. Read directions or call them for any help, but fairly simple to set up, honestly.

Terrible!

This automatic dispenser will NOT spray the majority of the commonly available commercial refills including their OWN brand Big D. I've also tried using ScentBon and Glade refills to no avail. Wish I had returned it during the return period instead of experimenting with different brands of refills...
