Lightweight and flexible

I purchased the 25’ house specifically to use with my power washer. What I liked most about it was how lightweight and how flexible it is. I’ve only used it one time, so this review is still somewhat premature, however, my first impression odd a positive one. Attaching and detaching the hose to the water spigot and pressure washer was a breeze and it stores nicely. Overall, I’m very impressed at the quality for the price.

Works the best of any small hose i have used.

This was my go to hose for everyday use, I am a repair plaster man, this hose is 25' long, plenty for my use. I have used the hoses that collapse on its self, but they would not last. This hose is a year and a half old, and had yet to have any problems untill yesterday (4-18-23) when a semi rig ran over my hose. it flattened it out like a pancake. But I just wanted to say it never leaked even after the 18 wheeler ran over it. One of the best hoses I have ever bought. Thanks for a Great hose. RC

FINALLY

I have been battling garden hoses for what seems like forever. I’ve been using and replacing those retractable hoses that pop, break, leak and gets wet as it is dragged through dog urine. Never last. Have probably been through 25! This metal hose is awesome! It weighs nothing, has super pressure power and cuts my watering time in the patio by 60%. It will probably work best for you in warmer climates. There are freeze warnings etc. don’t buy another CHEAP flexible hose. I have been using it 2 weeks and I can see this is going to last! Keep mine rolled any extra water drips out.

Great product

I like this hose because it's so easy to handle & doesn't kink or knot up. My dog has left it alone, because it's too tough for him, which is also great! I would purchase it again.

Works wonderfully as a dehumidifier drain hose, product claims are questionable

Using the 25' hose as a drain hose for the dehumidifier. It is really good for that application. The fittings were easy to connect to the drain out on the dehumidifier and stays flat on the floor all the way to the basement drain without coiling up to hinder the gravity draining. It's also good for this application as it doesn't kink. I took a star out because this is not a true substitute for a garden hose unless you are using it to water some plants. This is just a longer version of the type of hose used in hand-held showers. The hose diameter is too small to be of much use -- especially as a feeder hose for a pressure washer. As for crush proof claims, I don't expect this be any better than any other decent garden hose. When the water is running through a hose, the water pressure makes it quite strong and will withstand the typical family car/SUV driving over it. Any hose will crush if a heavy enough vehicle drives over it. Selectively picking a favorable vehicle for the video demonstration doesn't make it any different. Same with the freeze proof claims. The demonstration video shows the hose inside a solid ice block. Again any decent hose will survive that and work fine once thawed out. What splits the hoses in winter is the water inside the hose expanding as it freezes. Freezing water can crack concrete or even solid granite and the thin steel layer around this hose will not save it. Proper winterization for a garden hose is to fully drain it and leave one end open. In short, I love this thing as a drain hose for the dehumidifier. Probably will be OK for watering plants, and maybe to wash the car if using a shorter length hose. I will not risk using this on a pressure washer as it doesn't have enough flow rate, and fear it will starve and kill the pump.

didn't have even a year live in south had a couple of days below freezing not that far below had three hoses water turned of and drained they all busted so if you live where the temp goes below freezing save your money not worth the money

The first truly kink-free hose I've found.

The Housemate and I have bought probably half a dozen hoses since we moved to Crazy House 10 years ago. They all advertise themselves as "kink free" a claim which now makes both of us purse our lips and say, "Uh huh, pull the other one." Because we have never yet run into a hose which wouldn't kink with the slightest provocation. We always seem to be searching for a better hose, but have been understandably hesitant to lay out good money on yet another hose advertised to do things it doesn't. But the Bionic Steel 304 looked, to both of us, like it couldn't kink, with a metal body over a liner. At $20 it was worth a try because we were at our wit's end over the hose on the reel in front. It was several years old and had kinks pressed into it that we simply couldn't get out. It flopped all over when we tried to roll it onto the reel, and everything leaked. While I figured Teflon tape would fix some of those links, the badly fitting connectors and the twists in the hose were problems we couldn't solve. So we invested. When the 304 arrived, I tried to bend it, and it's not possible to get more than a sharp curve. It can knot, but only lightly. It rolls up on the hose reel like a dream, and it's much lighter than our old hose. With taped connections, and a new leader hose, the only weak link is the hose reel itself which leaves a lot to be desired. (It was cheap. We've learned our lesson.) It's now such a pleasure to water in front because we're not fighting a heavy hose the whole time. Now I've seen a couple of reviews that state that the inner liner burst almost immediately. So far ours is fine, but be assured that if anything does happen, you will hear about it as will the company. The same is true if it finds a way to kink itself up. I'm not playing games with these things anymore. This is war! However, on the strength of our experience with this hose, we're planning on laying out the money for a 50' one in the back garden, where weight and kink-resistance is even more important to us. That's probably the best recommendation I can give for something like this, being willing to buy a second one because the first purchase was so positive. ETA: We've used it for several weeks now and it's still stubbornly kink-free, and it hasn't burst or broken. We're going to get another for the back garden next year, it's that good.

Solución a problemas

Para los que tienen el problema que se le doblan mangueras y las mangueras buenas son muy largas, esta opción es muy buena, no se dobla, mide poco menos de 8 metros y funciona de maravilla.
