Works better than expected!

This completely removed the pee stains on our couch from our senior pups who occasionally have accidents. The spray cleaners were nowhere near strong enough and always left a ring of what we assume are mineral deposits. This upholstery cleaner worked so well with the pet upholstery cleaning machine! One treatment and the couch looked almost brand new. A second pass and you couldn't tell there had ever been any accidents ever! We frequently use this on our carpets and anything else that gets dirty - even if not pet soiling specifically. The only downside so far is that the cleaning product seems to actually lift up the pee and poop, which means if you have a sensitive nose it gets super stinky for a little bit. The scented cleaner helps immensely with that, but it isn't perfect and you can still smell the stink as you clean. Once you're done and it dries there is no leftover stinky smell.

We had some dried blood stains on a carpet. We used this and the Little Green Machine. All the spots are gone.

Need more concentrate than expected

This is a 32 ounce bottle of BISSELL Spot & Stain with Lavender Febreeze. I loved the scent. My hope was for the scent to be noticeable on my furniture after a good cleaning with Bissell’s Little Green Machine I initially purchased. This Spot & Stain cleanser is what was recommended to use with the machine therefore I purchased it. Actually a small bottle of this exact brand & scent came with the machine so I had reassurance I was good to go with the cleanser. The instructions on the bottle was to refer to the instructions that came with the Bissell Little Green cleaner for as how much cleanser to put in the 48 ounce container that is attached to the cleaner. It states one ounce of this cleanser. Well~no! I had ZERO scent upon cleaning the one cushion on my couch. I added 1 more ounce of cleaner, which I consider concentrate, to the water. Still no scent. Once the 48 ounce container was emptied & my cushion had no scent I started over. I decided to add a full 8 ounces of concentrate to the 48 ounces of water. This may seem to be too much but I went with it anyway. It would equate to the ratio of 6 ounces of water to 1 ounce of concentrate. In my years of cleaning I thought this would work. Success I had! The scent was there. It wasn’t overwhelming, it was subtle but a noticeable cleansed cushion. My 3 star reflects this- I have 6 couch cushions which needed cleansing. To proceed with my cleaning I realized I wasn’t going to have enough concentrate to finish the job. As the bottle is 32 ounces & I’d need six 8 ounce pours of concentrate to achieve what I wanted. Now this bottle of concentrate runs for $12.99 + another bottle to completely cleanse a 6 cushion couch I wouldn’t say is too bad. I, personally didn’t think I’d need so much concentrate to do the job. So value for money, a 3 star. My overall rating reflects the issue of needing so much of it to cleanse a piece of furniture.
