Does not work for Dell Precision 7530
Seems like a good quality cable, unfortunately this does not work with the Dell Precision 7530 laptop; the display shows up as an unsupported "Billboard" device. It does work with with my MacBook Air so it's probably not the cable's fault, but it is sadly not helpful for my needs.

Simple and works excellently
I was having trouble with my 4k external monitor not having 60 hz refresh rate. I was using HDMI but instead of trying to troubleshoot with different cables I just ordered this display port cable and immediately refresh rate jumped to 60hz while also at proper 4k resolution. Great purchase

Perfect cable
I wasnt getting 165 Hz using Hdmi with adapter and this solve the problem. I can get 165 Hz without any problem using this cable. Works like a charm.

Perfect little cable!
I needed something compact to use with a DP monitor sitting right next to my laptop. This coils up to practically nothing and is a great length. Seems to work great at 1080p 144hz too.

Great for multiple screens
Bought this for work to have multiple screens. Use an HDMI and then this to one for two monitors additions. Screen quality looks great still, no lag, definitely recommended if your computer uses usb-c and monitor uses display port.

Good cable, good price
This USB-C to DP cable is as long as stated on Amazon's page - it's amazing how many are a few inches/cms shorter, so it's already looking good. The cable is one of the fashionable weaved material types that are becoming more popular - they don't seem to twist as badly as plain PVC ones, so again a plus mark. Connectors are sturdy and metallic so should have a good lifespan, though they are a bit slippy if you haven't got a good grip on them. The cable doesn't look or feel as though it'll stand up to repeated pulling on the cable rather than the plug to disconnect, but you shouldn't be doing that anyway. And, to top it all, "it just works" with my Dell XPS and monitor. Picture shows no issues a poor, out of spec cable would produce and I've failed to introduce any RFI or EMI into it that has a visible effect on the screen so it seems well shielded. Good cable, good price, as I say above - 5 stars

Works with my new M1 Mac Mini to Dell monitor
Not a lot to say but it worked with my new M1 Mac Mini to Dell monitor USB-C to DP port. Construction is solid. Cable has a slight rubbery feel to it. All good recommended.

Fixed the blurry text issue on Mac I had using an HDMI cable
I had been using an HDMI to connect my Dell U2419H to the MacBook Pro and the text was very blurry. Replaced the HDMI with this USB-C to DP and the text as clear as on Windows now. Highly recommended to anyone having this kind of issue on Mac!

Excellent cable!
Cable feels more expensive than it is, I like the aluminium housing. Provides an excellent picture. For reference, I am using it with an M1 Mac Mini to power an Asus ProArt monitor.
