Don't buy them.

Technically they work. However the microphone is so bad that you'll have to just turn it off. Anytime the cord rubbed on my clothing or facial hair I would hear nothing but static with every movement. Even when not moving the microphone quality was very poor. For the price the quality just isn't there. I would rather spend half the price on a set of over the ear electronic headphones and get twice the quality.

Excellent for loud work environments.

I bought a pair of these (on sale) for a friend I liked them so much. Using an older Apple phone the buttons work with music. The double tap is great for sound pass through when you need to clearly hear someone or something (such as hunting in the woods where there are brown bears) while still having good sound dampening for use with firearms and work tools. Battery last fairly well on blue tooth without the pass through system on (you can use both at the same time) and the reason I keep two pairs is so I always have one charged up. Not a lot of noise from the wires rubbing but it could irk some people. Lots better than over the ear for everyday use IMO. I should buy another just incase I cannot find them in another year. Oh, they also stay in my ears better than most headphones and almost as good as standard foam earplugs.

Like most reviews on the Caldwell Power Cords these have the same issue. They amplify the noise from the cord rubbing on your jacket or hair or... whatever. Really annoying. Glad I returned within the window. I've tried many of these and the best to date for a sub - $500 electronic earbud is the walker silencer BT 2.0. The concept is good but there is just too much noise. I wanted to use these for duck hunting and the sound is aweful. When you blow a call there is not a realistic sound that you hear. Makes it hard to call to ducks when the sound is so bad...

Much better options available.

These earphones did not last 60 days of light daily use. Right side started to cut in and out. Sound quality was OK, but the protection was not very good. I would not recommend these.

Wasted my money.

First the left side went out less then 6 days old now they won't turn on after charging for 24 hrs. Not nearly as quite as my walker earmuffs that are rated to 25db. Don't buy! contacted manufacturer no response. Wasted my money

All I can say is I wish I purchased them earlier!

These are an incredible value for the money! They work flawlessly. I dont like wearing cans, and these are the perfect option. All the guys i shoot with are moving to them too. They are much easier to wear when shooting long range.

Horrible sound. Complete lie when they say "Dual microphones in each ear".

Dont buy these. They might be fine to play music on but to use for shooting in ambient mode they are horrible. Sound is muffled and quiet and its 100% lie when they say "Dual microphones in each ear". The only microphone is in the little control part (you can see the hole for it) so all you hear in ambient mode is it scratching against your shoulder. Returning!
