It's a wok.

First time wok owner so I can't compare it to others. It serves its purpose and is very easy to clean. We use it on a gas stove top. We also use felt pot protectors to prevent scratching while in the cabinet.

Best non stick wok ever!

I am so in love with this pan! I have bought several over the years, and literally use it every day. it takes a couple years to wear one out. I feel like a 1000+ uses on average is great value for the product. Calphalon puts out some sketch quality sometimes, but this product is a win!

Will never own another.

First and foremost, I have a galley kitchen so having pots and pans that are stackable for me are a must. Calphalon has the market cornered in this area, in my opinion. I have an indoor kitchen and an outdoor kitchen. I love cooking Thai food in both. This wok does a fantastic job in both and I will never own another nonstick wok because of it.

Hit side handle!

I love the pan and the fact that the long handle doesn’t get hot. I wish the smaller handle didn’t get hot. I was spoiled by the pan this one replaced. Both handles stayed cool!

We had an older wok for many years.

We bought this wok to replace the old one. We liked the extra handle. The wok was great...not only for the handle, but the non stick surface and great fitting cover is a win win.

Great Wok with Glass Lid

Purchased this to add to my Calphalon Premier Space set. It's a great wok. Comes with a glass top lid. The Premier Wok comes without a lid, one reason I purchased this one. Note, Made in China, unfortunately.

Excellent Wok. Calphalon is always a good buy.

Calphalon is at the top of the food chain (pardon the pun) for non-stick anodized surfaces. This pan is much like their other non-stick pans in that it works very well for a non-stick coating. This wok otherwise disperses heat well and feels solid while cooking. Cleans up very fast. Highly recommended.

Great Frying Pan

Love these frying pans! Calphalon is a great product, even heat distribution, no sticking and easy to clean. Amazon typically has them at a reasonable price. This is our second pan and we love this one in particular because of the "wok" design. Great to stir fry and perfect for risotto. Arrived well packaged and delivery was, as usual, fast and efficient.
