So easy!
This is the easiest and best toilet seal I have ever used. It even comes with guides to help place the toilet and choose the correct length bolt/seal combo. I am so glad I spent the extra money, it was well worth it. A must for solo toilet install.

Nice seal
This works great with Kohler toilets but if you use it on a TOTO you need to remove the black plastic ring and the blue rubber seal may or may not fit.

Good and helpful purchase
I used this for the first time. I needed a new wax ring. It made the process easier that when I used used a traditional wax ring years ago.

Worked, but left me wishing I had just used a wax ring.
Re-setting a 30yo toilet on a tiled floor so flange is 1/2"+ below floor. Instructions LOOKED okay but as I went along I realized they were substandard. Luckily this is not my first toilet setting job so I knew what had to happen. First head scratcher was the brass T nuts... at first they didn't appear to fit my flange. But then I saw the threaded portions were ground down on twp sides on each nut. However, they weren't ground down on the correct sides... had I used them as-is, they might've pulled out of the plastic flange. So I filed the threads down 90 degrees from the factory-ground sides, and I got the T nuts in properly. Second head scratcher, as others mentioned, was how the ring is supposed to slide over the gray plastic nuts holding the T nuts in place. There is nothing in the instructions about using the larger opposing holes. In hindsight, it seems obvious, but when you're using this for the first time and don't want to screw up, it's not so obvious... especially when they don't tell you. Third head scratcher (starting to lose hair...): how to keep the brass bolt extensions from falling under the flange when you're trying to install them. As I mentioned, my flange is below the surface, so I had to use the supplied extensions. But I didn't want to lose my grip on them as I was trying to fish them down onto the T nuts. Threading them together with the SS bolts and fishing them down onto the T nuts was OK, but the extensions didn't want to stay seated when I removed the SS bolts. Crap. So I got my Dremel out and ground a slot into the top of each brass extension and used a wide thin screwdriver to snug them up once I got them fished down into place. Luckily I didn't lose them under the toilet! Fourth head scratcher was not a surprise - I saw it coming. You're supposed to use the plastic clips to hand tighten the SS bolts holding the toilet down. That's fine in a perfect world... maybe. But I don't think you can get them quite tight enough. I got them as tight as I could with my hands (ouch) and avoided using tools like they said, but I would've liked to get them a little tighter. If the toilet budges, I'll go to Plan B and use a washer and tools to snug them a little more. But I don't think it will move... I used an adhesive caulk around 90% of the base so it should be OK. Then more head scratching when it was time to pop the caps over the plastic clips... I guess I get the clips so tight even with just my hands that there wasn't enough room for the plastic cap to stay on the clip. So they're just sitting there. Great. As I finished up, I thought about all the extra time and work required, and I realized that I might have been better off with a couple wax rings... always keep a back-up, right? As another reviewer noted, this thing still contains wax, and I felt it squeeze out as I firmly pushed the toilet in place, so I'm not sure how great the seal would be if I had to take the toilet up again... like if I had dropped one of those evil brass bolt extensions. Thus the three stars... it's OK, and might've gotten four stars with better directions and some "user-friendlier" parts, but I think next time I'll just go with a good old wax ring. Or two. And maybe the T nuts, modified like I did... they'd be handy in a regular install, especially if you have 1/4" SS bolts in various sizes to accommodate different flange heights which would eliminate the need for the awkward extensions.

Toilet flange
I will never use those frustrating pain in the butt wax seal again. This was super easy.

Easy and clean install
I've set a few toilets in my day and this kit, although more expensive than a plain wax ring, was the easiest to install. It really takes the guesswork out of many aspects of properly lining the flange, ring and commode.

The right part
Wow !!!! This was certainly the right part, it was easy and fast and no mess. I will certainly keep using it and also recommend to others ;point of Interest, even when you have to remove your commode again there's no mess you can simply take it up and replace it and there's still a perfect seal.

Do Yourself a Favor and Buy This !!!!!!!! Ourstanding Product!
This product is extremely well designed and addresses all of the issues with the installation of a toilet. I've installed maybe 10 or so toilets over the years and everyone was a pain in the a$$ to set and seal. I've used three other wax ring alternatives and none of them lived up to the hype, but this kit does! It made things so simple I thought I had done something wrong. The wax ring is contained within a rubber seal and the conventional mounting studs are replaced with brass studs with external and internal threads. The studs are held in place with threaded plastic parts, and they hold the rubber seal containing the wax ring in perfect position. Two plastic guide rods go into the brass studs to guide the installation of the toilet. After the toilet is seated, the plastic rods are removed and the included stainless steel bolts thread into the studs to secure the toilet. The kit includes plastic spacers that permit you to easily hand tighten the bolts as well as low profile bolt covers. The toilet can also be removed and re-positioned as often as necessary. I HIGHLY recommend this product!!!!!!

Quality product. Works great.
Very versatile. Adjustable, no cut bolts work great. Worked perfectly for sunken toilet flange that was 3/4” below tile floor. I highly recommend this product.

The best solution of your flange issue.
This product delivers what it's being advertized for. It is reusable and can be forgiving if not aligned properly as it can be re-aligned during installation process. The wax seals into the flange and the rubber portion seals the toilet outlet which is better than set-rite I used in my other toilet with the same issue with flange being below the floor level. I highly recommend this product as this is cheaper. Just make sure you read and follow the installation instruction closely both from the instruction guide that comes with it and online.

Excellent product
The best and easiest way to install a toilet. It was very easy. If I ever have to replace another toilet, I will buy this product for sure. Only one recommendation; please add longer screws. I had to get longer screws for my toilet; it was too deep. Other than that I really recommend this product.
