La semelle extérieure a une bande de roulement agressive sous le milieu du pied, là où la traction est la plus nécessaire. Grande taille, convient aux femmes de 13 ans et plus, aux hommes de 9 à 11 ans. La sangle de cheville maintient fermement le pied dans la chaussure pour réduire le glissement du talon et éliminer les frottements. Perfect for getting out finally from broken foot and subsequent broken toe

Very comfy, easy to quickly but on and off.. Protected my toe when I started to finally go out again, while being stylish / low key enough to not look like a total tool. Velcro works well, still not sure I put it on exactly right but I don't care. It works w walking and driving, casual and going out. Would recommend over standard ones they give you at the hospital.

Very comfortable

I bought this for my very active 16 year old son who broke his big toe being a boy. We went to urgent care to confirm the break and they gave him a terrible write and blue short shoe boot. After he walked out of there he said heck no. It was ugly and cheaply made. I instantly thought of this product, my husband used it a few years back when he broke his toe. I ordered it and it came in a few days (he wore crocs in the meantime and walked really slow on his heal). My son gave this product a great review, I didn't need to fight him to wear it and the all black was barely noticeable (your eyes didn't go straight to the shoe). I ordered him a large (his shoe size ranges from 10- 11 1/2 depending on brand) it fit great with enough room not to rub the big toe, also he has a narrow foot and loved that this was really adjustable and didn't bunch when tightened a lot. He says it really helped him to heal without being such a bother. We are now at 4 weeks and it has held up great during school and active teenage boy activities.

Great surgical shoe but hard for me to get tight

I have a chronic wound on my foot so have worn the Darco brand before. They work well but for me they have to be tight or my foot rotates. It is hard for me to tighten both sides at once. I remember from past shoes the fabric will wear rather quickly. I would definitely recommend the toe insert to help with that. I saw them on Amazon but did not pay attention since I already had one. The toe insert will define the front of the shoe and give it some rigidity. The insert will also provide some support and safety for you toes. As for comfort this shoe will get you where you want to go. I don't know about driving with it. You wouldn't want to hike to far with it.
