This isn’t adjustable.

Not being adjustable I chatted with Amazon and they told me to keep it and refunded my money. Then reordered one that is adjustable. The first one we gave to a lady in our area who needed one badly.

Walker is nice for people that are heavy and small. If You’re heavy and big you don’t fit on it

The walker arrived a day later than originally stated when ordering. Two black plastic rings on the right side were broken when removed from the package. One keeps the brake line from catching on the side screws.

I Love This Rollator

I love this Rollator Walker. The wheels are larger than most foldable rollators. It is easy to maneuver and light weight.

Wheel Brake Tabs

I bought this narrower walker for in-home use; and it has served me pretty well. My only complaint is that the rear wheel brake tabs are too long -- and, if I'm not really careful, the tabs scrape the door frames. I wish that a 28* overall width, heavy duty walker was available, for better indoors use.

No Customer Service but good product

I have another Medline Rollator and have used it for over 4 years. Recently, the tire bearings wore out -- figured I would order a new Rollator as well as the tire for the old so I can keep one in my car. The new one arrived today and when I went to assemble it, it was broken. I called the number the manufacturer provided and was transferred and put on endless hold until they drop the call. This happened twice. So, I went to Amazon to return the product and found it is not returnable. Contacted Amazon's customer service and they helped with the situation. I am sure this was just a fluke and based on my last Rollator, the product is pretty good.
