I finally found this one and was super excited to use it

I wanted a diffuser alarm clock and had been looking for quite a while without much luck. I finally found this one and was super excited to use it. Unfortunately it didn't do what I wanted it to --- I am seriously baffled why no one has an alarm clock that just diffuses oil when it goes off, I know for a fact I'm not the only person who wants one. Anyway, I set this to go off the next morning and, oh my, it was horrible. It started diffusing but it also was flashing the ridiculously annoying lights and had this obnoxiously irritating beep. It took every ounce of control I had (which isn't much that early in the morning) to keep from smashing this thing to tiny bits. I hit snooze and guess what, the entire fiasco started again. It's seriously annoying!!! The lights are obnoxious and the beep is irritating -- not loud enough to really wake you from a deep sleep but annoying enough that you want to rip it out of the wall. Another negative is that the display light is so bright that it's this glow in the corner of your room all night -- I have it turned around facing the wall and it's still this glow. (Yes, I still have it, I'll explain why.) I was so determined to have a diffuser alarm clock that I decided to make this one work. I dismantled the entire thing and removed the led lights and the buzzer. After putting it back together I realized I should have put something over the number display so to make it less bright (I'll probably still do that but haven't had time yet). After ripping it apart this thing is great. I set the alarm and it goes on diffusing oils like I want it to. One positive, after I put it back together the touch buttons that control it actually work better. So, if you're looking for a horribly obnoxious diffuser alarm clock this is great. If you want just an alarm clock diffuser and are willing to tackle dismantling this thing and removing the annoying parts then you'll be happy with this (do yourself a favor and put something over the number display to soften the light). FYI...unless you're a light sleeper don't expect the diffuser to wake you up from a dead sleep --- I have flexibility in my mornings so use this to wake me up in a more relaxing manner - I do use a (non-annoying) alarm clock if I have to be up by a specific time. After sharing my triumphant task of fixing this to work as, I think, it should I have had a number of people want one. I could probably make a couple mortgage payments if I bought these in bulk, fixed them and resold them. Not a product review but a review of the company: I contacted them to ask if I was missing something to turn the irritating beeps and lights off and they were rather rude in their response. Basically implied that I was crazy to even think it would do that. It would actually behoove them to listen to my suggestion and make something that many people want.

Not worth it

Pros: The design is sleek and the idea that so could fit my diffuser and clock in one spot is very attractive. Cons: The buttons are not responsive enough and it took so long to set the clock. No matter how many times I tried, I could not get the light to turn on. I could not tell if the diffuser was actually working because I could not see any mist. I really wish I had read the reviews first, I was just so excited about this combination.

Really Nice infuser

I love the look of this infuser. It was pretty good value for the money. The only complaint is that it’s hard to program the time (especially when the power goes out). This is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. Maybe if they had a stick on the back with quick reference reminders that would have been great. Now I have to find the instructions. Because who can remember what it said when you first programmed it. Lol

Easy to figure out and use

I originally gave this 5 stars. After having it a few weeks, I've changed my mind to 3. The brightness of the numbers is awful!! I tried turning it away from me, but the light bounced off whatever it faced and made it too bright for me. The white noise was soft for the first few nights, but got louder each night. The noise level also stared fluctuating, soft to loud then back to soft - over and over. The bubbling of the water while it diffused was so random that it was no longer white noise. It does shut off when empty. It diffuses well. I have since moved it to my living room and am very happy with it. update: I've had this for 3 moths now. The clock has added 20 minutes to the time without me resetting it. If you use this as an alarm clock, be warned, you will have to reset it every other week unless you don't mind it being fast.

It is nice because it does not leave humidity all around.

I used to have an Oregon scientific that I adored, with different sounds and colors, so for me it was superior, but it broke and Oregon does not make it anymore. This one is nice but the sound is always the same bee bee bee . The colors are nice but it is smaller than Oregon, that used to fill the room with amazing colors and lights. It is superior to Oregon in the fact that it does not make everything humid.

Long time searching for quality

I bought one before my wife joined me after our move, it worked very well. we could not find any more where we live and tried a few other types. None of them could come close to this one. Luckily we found this one on Amazon and were very happy to get it, now, its working perfectly in sync with the other one. they burn for hours on end and sometimes you feel that ist not possible to still have water in. But this product is amazing and the "other" ones we've tried just don't burn as long and leaves the room smelling good like this one. Ascetically it looks very good with the time shown day and night clearly. I would recommend this product to any one who is looking for quality and prepared to pay extra to have it, price is fair and no complaints

Challenging Touch and Low Mist

As an ultrasonic diffuser the product works as described. That said, I find it's misting capabilities somewhat lower than other similarly priced products. The design is sleek and it looks great in a modern setting. The clock is a very nice feature particularly for a bedroom. However, I find the touch buttons somewhat unresponsive and the clock difficult to program with the unresponsive buttons. The changing colors when activated create a beautiful array of colors, however, you can only set the colors to Red, Green or Blue in the case of a constant color. You also cannot simply turn on the LEDs without the diffuser a feature that many of the competitors offer. The challenging touch buttons and lower level of mist make this product just okay for me.

Poor quality. Not recommended.

Mine showed up broken upon delivery. Zero care was given towards packaging by the supplier (just placed in a plastic mail bag) so I wasn’t surprised. Return was easy so that was good. For the price, this unit feels surprisingly cheap. The plastic is very light, and the buttons aren’t easy to use. I had to grab the whole unit to press the buttons to get it working, and when you do they emit a pretty loud beep, which doesn’t really fit in with the “spa” quality of this item. Generally good idea, but the execution on this product is very poor. Even if mine showed up functional I would have returned it (I’m a fairly frequent Amazon buyer and this was the first thing I have ever sent back). Would not recommend.

Beautiful product

Received this item as a gift. I love it. The display is clear, the diffuser can handle a large room, the lights are pretty and the cord is long enough to reach the plug. The whole product is classy. Doesn't knock over easily and stable on the counter top. Very intuitive to use.

Great size

I chose this diffuser over all the others on Amazon mostly because of its size. All the others are big and bulky. This one is a great size for a condo bed side table. Having the digital clock is a nice feature, the LED lights are cool too, even thou I don't use them often. Cleaning it is easy, (no filters, thank God!) and the clock doesn't need to be reset even time you unplug it, which is awesome. Cons- It is very lightweight and kind of cheap feeling, but I got over it. 4.5 Stars

Not worth the price and has some serious design flaws. 1. Very difficult to set clock. Takes forever, you can not scroll through the minutes quickly, delay between pressing, the beep, and the display change. 2. Touch not sensitive enough. Often have to try several times to push the buttons. 3. No options for alarm sound, duration or volume.

The touch fiction does not work well. I have to touch a few times and sometimes I just give up and don't use lights. The diffuser is only a very light stream and the motor is already making noises.
