Tiny Tiny Buttons

I wanted buttons to add to my bras so that I could take the hooks out. These buttons are too small for that. I don’t think I have a sewing needle that can actually fit through the holes in the buttons. I thought about give a baby doll a new look on her clothes, these buttons are too small for that. I think what I will do is glue these buttons to the inside of a holiday card to give a snowman some more depth. Probably good buttons, but have awareness about the size.

These buttons are so very tiny, I really don't know what you would use them for. They are cute, but not very useful.

Perfect size for a Ken doll shirt!

These Micro Rounds were purchased in Oct. 2015 for $2.29 and "add on" free shipping. There were 67 buttons in the pack. They are the perfect size for a (Barbie) Ken doll dress shirt or suit sleeve cuff. These buttons have a right side and a flat side, which you can feel with your finger. I also purchased these in white, which show the detail much better. The white buttons appear larger, but I think they are the same size. There were 62 white buttons in a pack. Using a regular sewing needle with double strands of thread, I could fit only two passes through the tiny holes…but they held the buttons fine. No, I don't think I'll try putting these through buttonholes. I had to purchase larger buttons from a local store, for the front of the Ken suit jacket I was sewing. (The 3/8-inch buttons I used were slightly too big. The correct scale size would be 1/4 inch.) I will post photos to show the comparison of the black Micro Rounds to a Ken ATM doll's shirt "buttons", a 3/8-inch men's collar button, and a penny.

I recieved 30 not 60 buttons which made these very expensive and I would not have ordered the 30

READ THE DESCRIPTION

These are the TINIEST buttons I have seen in my life. The other teachers and I had a laugh over these. If you are expecting buttons for the tiniest doll clothes these are for you! If you are like me and were expecting normal sized buttons you are in for a surprise because these are no bigger than the tip of a pencil! haha

The buttons could not be tinier! They were perfect for the Barbie clothes I have been sewing. They do seem to have a right side and wrong side and you will have to look closely to notice that. I was only able to put the needle through the holes twice, using a single strand of thread. The buttons are so cute!

Only 1/3 of advertised amount

The buttons are perfect for the project I’m doing. However, the description said 60 pieces, and the package had 20. So now I am 40 buttons short and will have to either scrap the project or spend the money again- twice- to get the amount I need.
