Great Cup Holder But Needs Post Purchase Help
Excellent design for use on the Drive Euro Walker, HOWEVER: as others have written, after a while the rotate mechanism fails and the drink bottle will fall over. Tightening the screw does not help. (I use a plastic 24oz sports bottle for hydration). MY SOLUTION: I applied some "Krazy Glue" (any cyanoacrylate glue) to both the ratchet mechanism and where the screw meets the plastic mount. Solid as a rock! BEFORE GLUING: I made sure the the cup holder would be "vertical" and that it is positioned so that it is positioned as close as possible to the rear of the walker. DOWNSIDE: Cup holder will no longer rotate, but I do not need that function once the unit is properly positioned. DRIVE COMPANY: Please correct design error, by reducing the number of ratchet teeth and making the remaining teeth thicker and longer. Perhaps change to flat top teeth for more holding power. Thanks

Needs a sturdier way to attach it.
For rolator use.

Folds just enough to clear door frames!
I purchased a second Drive Nitro rollator to supplement the Heavy Duty one I have had for 3 years because the door frame to my apartment's bathroom is 23" and to the bedroom is 25". While I could tug the handle on the seat of the HD model and draw in the sides somewhat, it made it more difficult to maneuver and much less secure for my current needs. The rear wheels on the standard Drive Nitro *just* make it through the 23" doorway into the bathroom with the door itself removed. And the Drive cup holder that I clamped to the right side does not fold flush, but does so enough so that it doesn't extend past the wheelbase and get caught on the door frame. Because it's definitely not designed to be slipped off and on. It clamps on securely enough to hold the 24 oz blender bottle I use for my water because of the secure lid, and the opening is just large enough to hold it securely without forcing the cup into the holder. Better yet, there's a small side slit in the cup holder that makes it easy for me to slide my largish cell phone into the holder so that it's always within reach as I move around the apartment. Probably not what it was designed for, but it's the use I put it to most often. It's sturdy enough that I don't worry it will snap or crack if I do have it fully extended and navigate poorly, accidentally catching it on a door frame or cabinet, but it's usually tucked towards the frame in a way that keeps it within the wheelbase and reasonably safe from random bumps. I hesitated to purchase it because I had read poor reviews about the cup holder several years ago, but it definitely seems as if improvements have been made since then. This is not an expensive add-on for your rollator, and well worth the price.

Pretty flimsy
This cup holder is pretty flimsy. But hey, it wasn't a fortune. The clamp to attach it is too big so I'm going to have to figure a way to attach it on my rollator without it sliding around. There are better options out there but this was the only type I could find for a flat type frame (vs round diameter).

Great holder.
Like, stays put. He uses for inhaler, phone, and yes for drinks. It was tough getting on,used a plier to help pull it on. Hands are limited. Found getting warm helps to stretch. So it can be moved easier. Good fit does not loosens with use. I like that the cup holder rotates gives good options. Yes there is a slit for a handled cup. Yes recommend

Tips Over
I thought this would be a nice accessory for the Nitro walker. But it tipped and broke my ceramic mug. I had it screwed more tightly and clamped it back on but it apparently tilted from the weight if the mug. It is okay with a paper or lightweight plastic cup, but also not good with a S'Well water bottle. It scratched my black water bottle badly. I had it fixed twice but the screw that secures it from tipping keeps coming loose. I need a replacement,

Extremely Useful and Admired by Many
I've been using this really love this cup holder for more than a month now and really love it. I have problems with dry mouth so am always needing my water bottle. In fact, many people I've run into have noticed it and made positivee comments. The four stars for installation is because it requires someone with strength to put it on (which is often not the person using the walker). The four stars for sturdiness has to do with the (desirable) movent in the holder. The screw on the backside became loose (easily fixed with a screwdriver) and wouldn't stay level. I'd recommend this to anyone who appreciates having a water bottle in tow.

Very hard to attach in the correct area.
Purchased the cup holder only because it was a great price, supposedly "used" but probably a return as someone was not able to attach it to their walker. It is too loose to attach higher up and would therefore fall off easily but very difficult to attach lower (the coloured part of the walker) as it is a hard plastic and appears too small to be installed there. I checked online to see where it is supposed to be attached (no instructions came with it), and it clearly showed the lower part. My husband had the strength to make it attach but wondered if it would break first. It is now successfully attached and of course very secure. I recommend this cup holder only if you get it at a cheap price and if you are very strong in the hands or have someone who can attach it for you. I give it a 3 star rating because it loses 1 star for the difficulty in attaching it & no instructions as to where, and took off a star because it is too pricey although I am the lucky one who bought it for next to nothing. Update: Part of the cupholder came loose and turned dropping my water bottle out which almost rolled into traffic. We tightened it again but now feeling insecure about this suddenly happening again.

Doesn’t fit an Airgo Fusion
Purchased this for my aunt’s Airgo Fushion Rollator/transport chair. Frame was slightly smaller so not a perfect fit. I tried improvising with some dowels and duct tape as suggested in the comments. This worked maybe once or twice and then the drink holder fell off and apparently was lost. So l hope someone else is enjoying it’s benefits.

Hard to install
Bought this for my Nitro walker. It is EXTREMELY difficult to install. The clip is solid plastic and must be forced onto the metal frame of the walker. This would be impossible for anyone who does not have strong hands. It does seem to be a solid item though once installed. I was afraid though that I’d break it during installation.
