Excellent outdoor cover system

This is my 3rd purchase of a Duck Cover which we love. The inflatable cover keeps water from pooling after rain and becoming a mosquito breeding ground. The cover tolerates the hot and humid southern summers, hurricane force winds, falling branches and the acorn rain from our massive oak which can last months. We also have the grill cover and have purchased for family members.

It doesn't come with a pump to inflate the bladder.

This is a sturdy, well-made product. I give it 2 stars because it doesn't come with a pump. We paid more for this cover because it has a bladder that you can (perhaps) blow up so that snow and rain won't accumulate in the folds of the cover. We learned that the folds hold a lot of water, thus creating big, thick chunks of ice. Well, we've had this thing for 2 months now, and I have been trying to find a pump that will inflate it. The pump the manufacturer recommends has to stay charged constantly or it dies. Not at all practical when you use it once a year. They say that you can use any mattress pump. Well, the instructions say you need a pump that will fit a 1.5 inch valve. The largest dimension mattress pump I could find was .9 inches. One reviewer says he used his shop-vac. Sadly, we don't have a shop-vac and don't want to buy one to use once a year. We haven't decided whether to keep this thing or not. I feel like I allowed myself to be hoodwinked. Update: We got someone to bring his shop-vac over and we inflated the bladder. We tied the inflated cover down to the 4 chairs that were around the table, as directed. The big bladder caught the first big wind and threw one of the chairs tilted against the table. Luckily it didn't scratch either the chair or the table. Of course, then we had to untie the chair, reposition the cover and chairs, and start over. Talk about high maintenance! We would send this back if we could, but we have missed the return date by 2 weeks. I wouldn't even re-sell this thing. It wouldn't be fair to the buyer.

Very disappointing. Waste of money

Table cover is round; air pillow is not. Water still pools on table, straining cover. Waste of money.
