The ear buds each work separately

Each ear bud works separately and will not work at the same time. You can only use 1 ear piece at a time. This was not mentioned in the description when buying. Not worth the buy if you can’t listen to both ear buds.

Great buds and great customer service

I bought these as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves them- the quality is great and they look so sleek. Not too bulky. After about 3 weeks he accidentally stepped on a bud, breaking it.. I reached out to customer service, and they very quickly and painlessly replaced it for him! Great experience.

Pair doesn’t work together

Ear buds have to connect separately, then only one works at a time. Even if the left one pairs first and works, it will stop transmitting sound when the other ear bud becomes paired and starts to play sound. This was purchased as a previously returned item…now I know why. It will be returned again now.

Gift **update** a hassle and both buds won't connect

This is a gift. Arrived well. Will update once they are opened and used Update*** these have been a hassle. My husband can only get oneto connect to his phone as they show up as separate devices. Followed set up instructions multiple times. Not working correctly sending back for a different kind.
