New design is not as user-friendly
I bought this because I had used my husband's (earlier version) and found it really practical. It's expensive - there's no way around that - but seems sturdy (I'll update if that doesn't prove to be true). It is well equipped with pockets and sleeves for computers etc., the wheels are very rugged, and the backpack strap design is good. However, I do have one major disappointment. The main zip on my husband's version extends further around the corners at the base, allowing the top of the case to fold back completely, opening up the whole interior for packing/unpacking. On the new design, the zip stops well short of the end of the case, which makes the top flap much more difficult to open fully, which is quite irritating. Is it a deal-breaker? No, but I can see it causing frustration every time I use it, so I docked a star off my rating.

Nice size, well made
I haven't used it yet so I can't speak to durability. But it looks solid and well made. Well designed. A bit pricey but from the looks of it probably worth the extra bucks. I'm glad I made this choice, and I hope that doesn't change after I start using it.

Wow
This is a really expensive backpack, but I need to say that is worth it! The fabric is just perfect, not heavy, the inner part for the laptop is sooo soft, and it can be adapted to any size of laptop. It is so well presented when you receive the order at home. Sturdy and great size!

Pretty good
I wanted a business backpack with wheels and a handle and a luggage strap.. this is all I could find and I paid the extra money to have the flexibility.. overall I like it, I wish the pockets were laid out a little differently but I can live with that. I also don't love the way it rolls, it gets a little off balance and twists on it side but I dont feel that is a huge issue. I'm 6'2" and the handle is almost not long enough but once again, it will work... the main complaint I have is how loose and cheap the luggage strap is. My Ogio bag has an amazing strap that doesn't allow the bag to lean forward, it feels very secure. this strap is loose and thin and has me wishing for a different solution.. so far i haven't had my bags fall over but that is only because my base bag is very large, solid and packed heavy... see pictures

What I was looking for
I was looking for a work bag that could hold a lot of things, look professional, be a backpack, roll, and not be too feminine all at once. I was looking for a miracle. This bag got pretty close to being a miracle. I would not use this as a travel bag because it is heavy on its own, but if you won't be picking it up a lot I guess it would work. The downside is I wish the bag had been designed to allow you to remove all items from the bag standing up. I tried that and it makes it really hard to get out the laptop so you need to lay the bag down and unzip. If possible use the straps in the bag to hold your items together because when you lay the bag down to unzip everything will fall out. Like other reviewers said if you don't pay attention the handle can get wobbly. The bag does get off kilter sometimes when rolling but I have accepted that is the nature of ALL rolling bags. It actually rolls a lot better than most rolling bags I have owned. I am not a fan of the zippers and structure. I will be able to fit things in the bag, but will struggle to get the bag to zip. I think the structure of the bag is preventing the zippers from being more functional. The sides can hold your coffee cups or water bottles, but I would suggest measuring your cups if you are buying the bag for this reason. Most of my reusable containers fit, but I do have one that would not fit. Overall I love it and nothing will be perfect based on me looking for a miracle bag. I would biy it again.

Plenty of room and super quiet wheels
I’ve used this both for trekking into the office and one overnight trip. Love the room and organization. Most of all, super quiet wheels!

Fits everything and the wheels are quiet
I needed a new backpack but one that works in an office setting. This is sturdy and lots of pockets with zippers which I love. The best part, wheels are quiet. The main compartment can hold my laptop and I can fit my blazer in there as well. It holds everything I need and not gigantic.

Good Travel Backpack
Good product. Have owned other Everki bags before. This is laid out slightly different from the non-wheeled version. Style & Design: B+ to A- Durability: A Ease of Use: B+ Build Quality: B+ Price: C Overall: B Would have rated higher if price had been lower. This would be a better value at about 35% less.

Brilliant - best bag I've had
I spent ages looking for the ideal wheeled backpack. I travel a lot, use RyanAir twice a week so often have to clamber up steps with my luggage so the straps are useful. Great attention to detail. So many pockets it takes a while to remember where things are but once you get yourself 'sorted' it makes travelling more enjoyable. Looks OK at work and on holiday. Soft wheels - never thought it mattered but they do not sound like a tsunami when on cobbles and don't cause vibration RSI injuries either! It is very expensive that's for sure. I looked at all the quality alternatives (physically) and still went for this on the basis of the pictures and was proved right. Understated, well designed and (hopefully) built to last. There is an insert for laptops / tech that makes airport security easier. Some will allow you to simply drop the whole 'IT Section' in the tray which is really quick but even in UK it's handy to be able to pull the laptops, kindle, iPads, battery packs etc from one padded section and chuck them back and away leaving the jugglers behind. I love it. Sad I know.

First-time pass, but minor issues
Used this backpack for the first time today on campus in North Wales. The wheels were fantastic for the varying surfaces. The compartments were ideal for my 'stuff', laptop, makeup, and wallet. My concern is the telescoping handle. It actually wobbled today and appears to be loose. I am going to contact the seller as this is a high-end bag and the handle shouldn't be wobbly or loose on its first day out of the box. Otherwise, I was very happy with the performance. I will update on how the manufacturer responds to my inquiry as I registered the bag and it has a five-year limited warranty - surely, the wobbly handle falls under the provisions of the warranty. I will check and update later. For now, it gets 4 stars, but for the handle, it would have gotten five stars.

Beware Stated Outer Dimension not Reflective of Internal Dimension
This Atlas with customize-able laptop pocket caught my eye. I already check other Everki 18.4 bag and none will fit my 18.03 X 13.35 X 2.72 laptop. In fact I had bought an Everki Advance 18.4, laptop bag, but it cannot fit my MSI GT83 18.4 inch laptop, it hardly cover the edge. Alas the stated dimension of this bag is the outer dimension, and it stretch the bag badly when trying to fit the laptop. Finally I buy an Osprey Packs Sojourn Wheeled Luggage and use the Everki customize-able laptop pocket with it. A pity that is not one inch higher instead of 21.26 inch. Airport carry on is 22 X 14 X 9, so I wonder why they don't take advantage of it. Objective, for smaller laptop, this bag is very well design, the wheel is silent on smooth surface. I drop 1 star because a small seam around the logo come out.

My flexible mobile office
Great looking bag, very well made and a nice size for business trips. Having wheels but with the option of carrying straps give great flexibility. The only fault I can find is that on opening the front pocket if the compartment is full of files you need to be careful that they don't fall forward. You get used to it but perhaps that could be improved.

Its great
yes it is expensive - not as expensive as from Everki direct. BUT it is worth every penny. I travel a lot and this backpack on wheeled is giving me a lot of different ways to use it. On my old onboard wheeled bag I have only one compartment to stuff things in and have often the problem to find things.( they normally slip to the bottom) but with my Everki there is a place for everything. Its great
