Great Wheelchair!

My first impression was WOW, it is ‘stealth’ I wheeled up in my wife and surprised her, she couldn’t here me pull By up to her. Super quite! I mean absolutely NOT one noise whatsoever! That’s amazing. And, I was surprised how easy it was to move around, like butter almost effortless to move it. I am 6’ tall 212 lbs. I was unsure if I would fit in the 18” wide but no problem. My last chair was a medlibe 22” wide but not the hybrid. I lost 48 pounds which is why I am downsizing. One point also to make is we really love me the ‘quick’ release wheels! If you ever need the space in a small trunk. A push on the center button of the wheel and it pops right off and super easy to pop right back to on. Many chairs have permanent wheels! No good! Get a chair with quick release wheels! Now the bad, the silver handles in the picture are super smooth so it is difficult to grip!!! I had to buy rubber tubing to put around wheel handle to be able to grip. Also, the silver gets super cold to the touch quickly. The braking system is not the best. They have other chairs that have a better breaking system. The standard brakes on other Medline chairs have a flat bar that compressed into the wheel. These have a knurled round bar that is worthless, it doesn’t stop the Chair just slows it. They are not defective just not the best design.

Works very well

This is a great wheel chair especially if your are a little bigger. It is a little tight in some doorways with the big wheels on but that is ok since it fits my mother very well.

Good product for price

I like this wheelchair but the seat could’ve been an inch or two wider. I felt a bit bunched up.

Nice sturdy and well made set of wheels...

Really a nice lightweight but sturdy built wheelchair to utilize during out and about trips during the healing process from an injury. Might not be suitable for extended periods of sitting due to seating configuration material. On first order a wrong seat size of the chair was sent by Amazon fulfillment warehouse, however, a call was placed and a correct wheelchair size was sent out the next day.

Like very much

This chair fits the smaller frame of my 86 yr old mother very well. The only disappointment was that we expected it to be a dual axle so I could lower the seating to 17" so she can use her feet to propel herself as she can't use her arms on the big wheels. It is light enough for me to lift into my trunk.

Good combination

The large wheels are easy to mount and dismount. The rear anti-tip extensions are good.

A Good Wheel Chair

This is an excellent wheel chair. Easy to remove the large wheels and put back on, same as the foot rests. Brakes work well. Definitely get a 3 inch seat cushion, as the seat is very thin; much better with the cushion. Arm rests are fine. Everything works well. It is very easy to fold up and put in the car; would purchase again.
