Worked for me
What can I say, it is brake fluid. A little pricy for 4 ounces but then they all are. At least the small bottle is easy to store with my bicycle stuff.

Some general basics for any who might need.
So most of you who are considering buying this probably know what I'm about to offer, but real quick for anyone who might need this info, and put very simply. You currently have 4 types of brake fluid (skipping DOT 2 because it's generally not used): DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5, and DOT 5.1. The odd man out among these, incompatible with the rest is the DOT 5 because it's silicon based, while the rest are all glycol-ether based. The others are compatible with each other (in case you're simply looking to top off the brake fluid), but the higher the better in that among other things, it can handle more heat (basically higher boiling point). Although be aware (sparing you the details) that with time, that boiling point goes down, which is why it's recommended to change your brake fluid at whatever regular interval your specific car's manual indicates (safe to say most people stretch that...). Simply put though, you NEED to consult your manual and look up if your car requires silicone based brake fluid. If so, stick only to DOT 5. If not, then stick only to one of the other options. Among those other options, DOT 4 really is sufficient for most, but DOT 5.1 is, at least at the time of my writing this, the top option as mentioned above. DOT 5 and DOT 5.1 actually have the same boiling point and such, the difference is simply the base therefore a matter of which is compatible to your vehicle. If you're upgrading from 3 to 4, or 4 to 5.1, or 3 to 5.1, to significantly get the most out of it, do a full flush, whether having your mechanic do it, or youtubing how to do it on your car yourself (this is much easier to do with a buddy). You'll need extra amount to do the brake fluid flush, so before ordering, read/view up on it for your specific care if you're going DIY on this. You don't want to be stuck without enough fluid, but at the same time please realize that once opened, it really has no shelf life, so any unused new fluid will be wasted.

You can get a lot more for a lot less money
Not worth the price, I highly advise shopping around outside of bicycle shops and brands. DOT = Dept. of Transportation. The numbers indicate the standard they comply with. Any DOT 5.1 fluid is DOT 5.1 fluid. It doesn't matter if it's Finish Line, SRAM or Joe's Brake Fluid if it says DOT 5.1 on the bottle. I bought more than twice this amount for a few dollars LESS than this 4 oz bottle at a local store. MTB has become like skiing; you can buy the same thing outside of a sports shop for a hell of a lot less money.

Works perfectly
Does exactly what was needed. Topped off my hydraulic brake fluid on my Hayes Dominion brakes. Great low cost options.

Enough fluid for a fleet of bicycle disc brakes.
Lots more than you would ever need.

Effective and well priced
Excellent DOT Fluid for my SRAM Red HRD setup on my road bike. I accidentally opened the hydraulic chamber while looking for my batteries under the hood...whoops. Anyway, this came in at a super affordable price and worked like a charm. Only needed about 50mL, but so far holds up fine braking at 30-35mph downhill. I haven't had the chance to test it at 40mph+ yet, but I'm sure it'll do the trick.

Expensive, but works!
It's best to buy small containers of Dot fluid since it can go off after a while. Unless you are doing a lot of brake services, this little bottle should be enough for 4 bleeds I reckon.

Brakes back to feeling like they could stop a car
After a crappy bike shop experience i took matters into my own hands. they left my brakes spongy and sluggish, and scared me to send fast desents. I bled my own brakes using this oil and am very pleased with the results. They are back to their original glory stopping me on a dime, and controlled. Highly recommend this product if you want your sram guides or any hydraulic disc/rim brakes feeling firm and confidence inspiring again.

Product exactly as described
There's not a lot to say about brake fluid really, other than it seems to be what it is and there's plenty in the tub to do a few brake bleads.
