Do the job

These are inexpensive & come as advertised but are very thin and can easily bend so be careful. If you want to use it a lot I recommend a heavier gauge of aluminum.

this is for a very small tart about the size of my open hand (i do have larger hands for a woman but not unusually so)

Very nice tart pan

This is a great pan. I made a lovely delicate apple tart in it and the dessert came out perfectly. Easily cleaned up.

good so far

bought straight from A and have no issues (no rusting/discoloration/etc) with them as of yet. i ordered these to make keto biscuits that wouldn’t end up on flat sandwich side (the batter tends to spread after they heat up sometimes), these did the trick, my biscuits now come out looking like actual biscuits.. They also do not stick to these at all and i noticed their bottoms doesn’t brown as fast as when they are straight on a cookie sheet so my biscuits aren’t crunchy on bottoms.. putting these straight on rack or in cookie sheet doesn’t seem to affect how they come out enough to matter (just a slightly less golden biscuit bottom when put on cookie sheet).

VERY small-the 8-inches is a measurement from the top, not bottom.

The fluted edge is flared which is nice, but the actual base is more like 7 1/2 inches. Too small. Other than that works great!

Great product, not easy clean.

Nothing stuck and cooked well. I would wash, dry and put away asap to keep it nice. I washed by hand and put to dry but the next day it was rusty. Easy to reclean and dry and put away after, but you will need to take care of them.

Great price(or it was) and functionality

[update]: Now and then I get notices for this item, and recently I've noticed the price went up a lot in one year so I want to revise my opinions on the value. The price I bought it at couldn't be beat and was worth the material cost. It's cheap tin-plated thin steel; it easily rust if you aren't careful to dry it completely after hand-washing it and definitely is prone to denting/warping if you drop it or don't store it properly. Although it still serves me very well it's a dollar store quality product. However the price has increased so much since then that I believe you can get something more durable for the same amount of money elsewhere. ==== Perfect for making single serving tarts or anything where you bake a crust. No sticking at all even without greasing(if you are making pastry doughs that are naturally high in fats) and browns evenly. No nonstick coating that can get scratched up either(well technically the tin can be scratched too but less easily), just cheap tin-plated steel that works. The instructions don't say, but I have other tin plated bakeware and they advise not to store in contact with other metals to prevent galvanic corrosion. The best thing about these pans are the price, I believe they are the cheapest ones fulfilled by Amazon that you can find and come in at $1.25 each before tax.

Tarte parfaite et démoulage facile

Grosseur telle que décrite. La pâte ne colle pas si l'on met un peu de beurre. Facile à démouler et à laver. Toutefois, il aurait été bien que le métal soit un peu plus épais pour une durabilité accrue. Très bon rapport qualité-prix au moment où je l'ai acheté (4$). Bon à savoir : un moule à tarte/quiche de 8" n'est pas super grand puisqu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de garniture qui peut y être insérer. Toutefois, c'est parfait pour faire, par exemple, une tarte tatin pour 6 personnes.
