Fun twist on an original!

This game puts a fun twist on the old "flick" paper football game! Heck, add your own twist to it and do BOTH. We played with the football for the touchdown scoring, but flick the old-school paper football for field goals. Or choose one or the other since this game lets you go for an in-game field goal target too. The mat rolls up nicely and tucks in the corner of my game room.

Fun item

Got this for my grandson who is a big NFL fan. Since we have had minutes of playing enjoyment, which maybe doesn't sound so great and yet... If you have or are around 8-year olds (8 is great) you know what their attention spans are like. So, it is perfect for time intervals like 3 to 5 minutes waiting for the bus in the morning or waiting for dinner or things like that. Minutes of playing enjoyment. Is it wrong that I wish I won every once in a while?

This is a fun little game that elevates your traditional paper football game at Thanksgiving! Really simple to set up and play. Recommend!

My kids love it

Both my boys (7 and 9) love football. My nine year old also loves the paper football game for some reason; like really loves it. I figured this would be perfect since it seems right up his alley. I was right and both my kids really enjoy playing this. The premise of the game is simple. Slide/flick the football across the mat. You get points based on where it lands. Then the other player takes a turn. The mat comes rolled up (the box is nice and compact about the size of a roll of aluminum foil) and rolls out to play. Setup is simple as there isn't much to it besides the mat. You want to play this on a hard surface as carpet won't support it enough in my opinion. As long as you have a hard floor or table, you're good to go. This game has been a huge hit with my two kids and I intend to play it with them some as it's simple, good fun. I highly recommend this for kids!

Got this to school my nieces and nephews on what PAPER football was all about when I was a kid and they LOVED It! Smooth action in the ball, nice gliding across the table, and the graphics and details are very well done and well made. The only real feedback I have is that you need to be on a flat and hard surface. The ball really GLIDES well on the mat, but needs a perfect surface to work well. Not a big deal, as you need the same type of surface for regular paper football as well. Rolls up nice and does not take up much room when not in use. Great game for the whole family.

Fancy paper football!

My son loves anything NFL so this was a big hit. We play paper football while waiting for food at restaurants and so this was a big hit for some visual graphics to play at home. He loves seeing the yard lines and how close he can get when they are not quite there. We love to add in some house rules and add some new elements to the game. So many ways you can take and add new twists on and ways to go with it, nice mat and fun ways to get creative!
