Great Jacket - Bad Zipper
I usually have a hard time zipping up this jacket. It generally takes me 2 tries before it works. In another review I saw that it was too light of a zipper for the jacket. I'll try switching that. Otherwise I'm happy with the jacket.

So far so good.
I’m pretty impressed with the design on this jacket. First off 6’4”/210 ordered xxl, fit for me is awesome, couldn’t be better really, pretty tapered athletic cut at waist, maybe doesn’t work as well for some, but is partially elastic (just sides) Lots of room through chest and shoulders providing unlimited range of motion. The pocket layout is great & probably about perfect for fly fishing, I will be using in the PNW steelhead fishing so my gear is mostly in my fishing pack. Hood is awesome and adjustable and I love the way it rolls up and stores, creating a nice high collar around your neck, which can also fold down like a regular collar when to warm. Hand warmer pockets are there, don’t know I’d call them hand warmers though without having a fleece backing in them, but they do work nicely to take a break and get them out of the wind ( as do the real hand warmer pockets on my waders. D rings are nice and in good spots as well. My only real concern with this jacket is the main zipper, seems pretty light duty for what I know I’ll be putting it through. With that said, if there’s a problem I’ll go have a seamstress throw a heavier zipper on it and still be money ahead. Can’t really believe how much is there for $55 bucks, great value imho.

Great Design... Poor Execution
I purchased this prior to an early Fall fishing trip to the mountains of Colorado. It did rain during the trip and the jacket did a good job of shedding water. The best part of the jacket is the number and layout of the gear pockets. The pockets allow for plenty of storage and easy retrieval of flies, and other gear for use on the stream. The gear pocket openings are wide enough for large hands and the waterproof zippers felt secure. The problem with the jacket is with the quality of the main zipper and the stitching on the hand warmer pockets. The main zipper repeatedly separated at the bottom. Fortunately the jacket could still be snapped shut, but the lack of a functional zipper was annoying. The had warmer pockets would normally accommodate my larger hands, but unfortunately, the stitching on one of the right gear pockets (above the hand pocket) was sewn through the entire front of the jacket, thus partially closing the right hand warmer pocket to the point that my hand would not fit. The design of this jacket is as good as I've seen, but the quality control and the quality of some of the components appears to be suspect. I have requested a replacement through Amazon which should arrive today. I will update this review as warranted.

Super value
I wore this in the surf recently (winter in the PNW) and got rolled by a wave up to my neck. I was perfectly dry under. This isn't a heavy or warm jacket, but is comfortable, has plenty of pockets and is a great wading jacket to keep out water. For the price, I don't think it can be beat.

Good product.
Breaks the wind, sheds the water. All I need. Zippers work too... At least on mine

It's a rain jacket
As a fly fisherman I really like the pockets on the chest. Big enough to hold a fly box and still close.

I love it!
I bought and returned several jackets until I received this one. I love it !!! Very roomy. I am confident I will be able to wear this over a heavy hoodie and still fly fish. There are six nice size pockets that will complement me wearing a smaller vest or chest pack. Love the side pockets that will allow for hand warmers. the fit along the waist, and the neoprene cuffs. I can't wait to wear it in the rain. I couldn't be happier with the design and fit of the jacket. 5 STARS !!!!

Lightweight with great pockets
I made a trip fishing to Alaska and wore this jacket in the rain and never got wet. I like its light weight and good front pockets to store lures and gear. I recommend this product.

Excellent design except zipper split on first try on
Very good design but zipper is way too light weight for this jacket. It split the first time tried on. Fortunately I know how to sew and I purchased a heavier duty zipper and installed. Can’t tell the difference except on actual use it is immensely better. Jacket was cheaper than in the store even after changing out the zipper.

Awesome Jacket!
Great product! Very water resistant. Can get a little moist from the body heat. Lots of pockets and perfect for fishing. Great value for the price.

Leaks After Minimal Use
After using this jacket for 7 days of fishing it is no longer waterproof. In a light rain it will leave me damp and wet underneath the jacket. I will not be purchasing a Frogg Toggs product ever again and do not recommend this product to anyone.
