Easy to use

Did the job for me. I joined some wires together in my truck for puddle lights. These connectors work well and are easy to use.

Helpful little things that allows you to tap into wires

First off, you get 5. Not 5 cards of 5 or whatever your thinking. I bought the product from the seller that says its a 5 pack. I did this for the speedy shipping etc so I know what I did, but other sellers offer 5 packs of 5 = 25 taps in total for around 5 USD. The product itself is very good for tapping small car related wires. I have used it for wiring gauges to power switch, tapping reverse brake light for reverse sensors, tapping stereo wires etc just to give you an idea on the uses. The best part is where I was able to un-tap meaning open the little plastic tab and get the wire out. I could then reconnect it later. Its relatively easy to use but you need to note where the wire goes in and which side is the tapped side.

Nice quality, price was a little hig

These tap splices are very convenient, particularly when adding accessories to car electrical wiring (such as adding a wired-in bluetooth fm transmitter). However - the price I paid for these (5 pack for ~$5.29) was a little high. For this particular project the convenience was worth it, but these may be available in your local big box home improvement store for a lot less per unit (I saw a 20 pack for about the same price).

Gardner Bender 10-100 Color Coded Tap Splice

Did I really this many of these things, probably not but I'll have them for when I do need them. If I remember correctly, you get 25 of them. These do work well and are quicker to use than a splice and crimp connector but every now and then, you might have an electrical issue and if you do, you might want to check your tap splice connection.

Works great

I used these on a trailer build and they were easy to work with and seem to hold up just fine. I would recommend these to anyone splicing automotive cables.

These little items work PERFECTLY! Tap an existing line in seconds - no muss, no fuss. You can even use one of these babies instead of a butt connector to join 2 wire ends!. I'm going to get a big bag of these.

Low cost, work fine.

Used to tap in to existing fridge compressor power to install new digital thermostat instead of obsolete analog thermostat. Saved me from having to cut wires.
