Non-stick and so easy to clean!

I wanted to simulate air-frying in a countertop or conventional oven. This product does the trick, more so in my conventional oven; it has a “speed-bake” feature that simulates a confection oven. It’s small enough to fit in my countertop oven. Love the tray that catches drips, and it doubles up nicely as a cookie sheet for small batches of chocolate chips! Cleanup is a dream. I cook-spray it prior to use, then treat it as cast iron while cleaning it (I.e., very hot water and a scrubby sponge—no soap on the baking surface). I use a little soapy water on the rim and “feet,” so there is no oily buildup there. (I also foil- or parchment paper-line the drip-sheet, to make cleanup that much easier, but that’s just me. I’m pretty sure it’s not necessary as the non-stick finish seems pretty danged good so far.) Very happy with this purchase ????

Fits Ninja flip air fryer

I bought the XL size with hopes that it would fit in my Ninja flip air fryer so I could throw away the worthless tray and rack that came with it! I wanted the largest size that would fit and I took a chance on the XL and it worked. It fit in the fryer crossways, but it wasn't stable (due to the indentations in fryer for racks), so I tried front to back and with one modification, it fit perfectly! One of the top handles on the rack stuck out a little too far, but hubby took it and cut off that handle and now it's perfect. This cleans easily and I'm using my air fryer more than ever. The original ninja tray & rack have been trashed. I kept the toaster rack and slide in the Gotham tray and rack right on top of the toaster rack. Love it!

Good set, but not great

We actually have an air fryer (a convection oven), but it's too small for when the grands come over and want French fries and chicken fingers, so I bought this set. (We actually do have a full size convection oven but one doesn't get air fryer results with a standard pan.) This combination does improve the results, but with the flat pan so close below the basket, it seems to partially block the circulating hot air. I'm going to try setting a cooking sheet on another lower rack to catch falling pieces or crumbs. Also, even though they're "non-stick", things DO stick to both of them and can require a bit of work to clean. I need to soak them in order to clean the set properly/thoroughly, even using a soft toothbrush on the basket. Good set... but can't call it great.

Works and easy to clean

I got this to use in my convection oven / air fryer. So far it has worked well, been easy to use and clean. The tray is nice and the basket is a decent size. I am not sure how well the "coating" will last or how durable it will be in the long run, but the quality seems decent. I do wish the grid was a bit smaller / tighter (smaller holes) as some of the items I put in it tend to want to fall into the holes and / or stick in the holes. I would buy this again.

perfect roasting pan.

I use this pan often during the week. For roasting veggies, it holds them above the flat pan on a fine mesh so the veggies toast on both sides without sitting in oil as they do on a flat pan. Clean-up is easy as well. While they do not recommend a cooking spray, I use it anyway, Then a quick rinse and I put it in the dishwasher. My only concern is that the mesh part slides too easily across the flat pan below, and I am concerned about 1) dumping the contents in the oven or 2) burning myself as I try to control the slide. However, the pan is so handy I am willing to put up with that. FYI, it does not air fry in a regular oven even though it says it does.

Slippery & Hard to Handle When Placing in/out of Oven!

We've only used this 3 times and it air-fries foods just fine. However, my husband & I are in our 70s, and we have minor arthritic issues with our hands. We bought the 13.4"x11.4" size. The tray and basket are VERY SLIPPERY! The tray is such a close fit under the basket that there's no room to fold a hot-pad over the edges or use oven mitts to lift it in/out of the oven. It's dangerous! I haven't found an email address for the Gotham company, nor can I find an answer to this question: Is it OK to substitute a large cookie sheet for the small copper tray?

Works well but damaged in post

Does what it says on tin - excellent in action However - this was poorly packaged and was crushed either in transit or in the warehouse - the mesh tray legs had been pressed very had against the base tray and left four dints in the tray, which now warps very easily

Great product

Perfect for roasting vegetables. No more sloppy mess on baking trays. Great also chips, fish fingers, meat. I’d purchased some Gotham ceramic frying pans that were brilliant so found these whilst exploring their product range. Glad I did

Disappointed in this item

I’ve bought quite a few of these products, indeed I replaced all my cookware with them. This is the only only I’m seriously disappointed in. After just one use I noticed that the coating was coming off the mesh. There are now some bare silver metal parts. Likewise the drip tray underneath. Just stroking with a damp cloth took some of the coating off. There are also large parts of the pan which have carbonised food baked on, or perhaps baked in, that won’t shift. Soaking, nylon brush, nothing removes it, except one or two areas where my fingernail seems to work. I’d suggest that the best way to use this is to put some aluminium foil as a tray liner, but really that’s defeating the object. The photo is after 4 uses. The underlying metal also rusts fast.

I made French fries using the air fry setting on my oven and they turned out fabulous!

This combo pan pack is the perfect accompaniment to my air fry setting on my oven. My only complaint is that I bought a smaller one than I'd like to have. I soaked it briefly, used a nylon bristle brush and it cleaned right up.
