Not necessarily nonstick but a good pan.

The pan cooks evenly. As mentioned in the product review, keeping it no higher than media is a good idea. We never have and it works fine. It’s not completely nonstick however. But it only takes a couple drops of oil to help with the sticking. This said, I think it’s a little over priced considering it’s not completely nonstick has advertised. But again it’s a really great pan especially for cooking eggs

Not worth it

Was excited to get this new pan. Well it Cooks I haven't used any metal utensils in it, and I noticed that some of the finish is already chipped inside the pan it's just like a scratch but still very disappointing. If you don't cook low and slow the pan gets discolored when cooking which is typical no matter what temperature but is a pain in the butt to get off of the pan in washing it. Never had these problems with an Analon or Calphon brand hands and once these are gone I'll be sticking with those brands. My other two green pans and 8 and a 10 inch frying pan have the same issue with the finishing wearing off on the pants and I've had all 3 of these pans for less than a year.

I'm a happy camper!

Seems sturdy enough, and well built. Heats evenly. With a tablespoon of oil, it seems to have excellent non-stick properties (much better than my years old, well seasoned, cast iron skillet). My over easy eggs come out very pretty, and they taste better than they ever have before. I truly have no idea why these same ingredients should now taste better; nevertheless, I'm enjoying my eggs more than ever before. I'm not even been letting my wife make her excellent omelettes for me on the weekends, because I'm now enjoying my over easy fried eggs so much. Of course, it helps a lot to be eating "happy chicken" pasture raised eggs, but I was eating those before purchasing this skillet, its just that now they come out prettier, and somehow, they taste even better. I'm stumped about this... (and I'm not employed by, nor contracted to this company, nor have any familial relationship to this company's owners). I'm the real deal, Momma!

Great Egg Pan

I made perfect eggs in it the first time I used it and ever since. I make over medium eggs and I just flip them with no spatula. This pan is great for that.

Perfect pan

Love this pan. I’ve used it many times and it still looks brand new. Easy to clean. I like that it’s ceramic so doesn’t have problems that regular nonstick pans have.
