Runs small
You should order a size up as the sizing isn't correct. If you would normally wear a medium in other brands order a large for this brand.

Bafflingly small
I've always worn size small briefs. From every brand, small always fits me. Except this pair of underwear! Size small was comically tiny, so I exchanged for medium and they were still ridiculously small. I'm not sure what universe this sizing comes from, but if you wanna give these a try, recommend going up two sizes.

If you are looking for 100% wool that will last, these are great!
Icebreaker brand is awesome. 100% wool and the fit is great. I'm 28/29 waist and Small was perfect. Sides could be smaller since I wear these under long johns most of the time. Front fits perfect and keeps me in the position that I want to be. I am not a fly guy. Haven't used one since I was 12 because I find them in general way too small to snake anything through. But if having a fly is your preference, take note - you may not like these. Color is good, it's something different. Material is the right thickness too because they don't bunch or ride up. I have several pairs since I am on the ice a few days a week. I tend to wear a lot of wool in the winter so I end up doing a load of wool garments on the 'Hand Wash' cycle separately. I use biodetergent and hang dry. I've had some pairs for 8+ yrs and they are holding up well with no holes, stretching or shrinking. I am guessing it is because of the washing method I use. Had they gone through the regular wash and dry, they may not last as long. I'm sold on them and the Icebreaker brand so two thumbs up!

No room for the boys
Great otherwise but no room for the boys. Very uncomfortable

Used to have a ball sack
Icebreaker used to make these with a nice pouch for your junk and they no longer do. Your man-stuff will feel a bit of pressure as the fabric's natural tension holds everything together vs. a junk-specific pouch that they used to have that housed your man goodness. So now, the boys are a bit more squished than they used to be because of cost cutting. A drag. Other companies make merino undies with pouches for the boys but their fabric isn't as thin so it's hard to wear with fashionable pants... I am a reluctant purchaser since the design change which happened sometime back in 2016 I think. HEY ICEBREAKER!! BRING BACK THE POUCH!! Especially on the boxer briefs!!

They'll work. Barely.
I like the fit up front, but they could be a little more snug in the back around the thigh opening. Edit: After further wearings, I've changed my opinion of the fit in front. Perhaps a larger size would've been better, but the thigh openings would then fit even worse than they do now. I wish I could like them. I bought another brand at the same time, and they fit as bad, but are TOO big in front - they feel like granny panties. ☹️

Bring the originals back!
I've had several generations of these, and these could be the last. The fit changed (medium now = small a few years ago), as did the styling and fabric. The early versions (with a diagonal seam across the front) were nearly perfect though the material was more fragile. These have become slightly more high waisted and have a slightly more conservative cut. Fabric is more durable, but over the course of a day can get a little baggy in the seat and legs. Hoping that Icebreaker comes to their senses and returns styling and fit toward the older style. Overall I like the (mostly) wool performance. I was happy that I had an easy go-to choice for several years, but may now need to reconsider.

Best briefs from natural fibers.
Icebreaker briefs are the best underwear out there just wish they were cheaper. I have every color icebreaker has made and wear them all year long. Natural fibers are better for your body. Synthetics and just all around bad. Get yourself a pair today. If you wear boxers, switch to these and you will appreciate the freedom of less fabric and movement. Boxers or boxer briefs are so impractical when they loose their tightness , we need to protect our penis and testicals from long term damage and who wants balls that hang to the floor when you're old. :) Enjoy the briefs guys, get a pair and thank me later.

Figure hugging
Great briefs! Feel comfortable. Just on the small size in the pouch area. But otherwise nice fabric and hugging of the buttocks.

Comfort and quality at a price.
all icebreaker products are comfortable to wear, quick drying, smell resistant, lightweight.... but expensive. However they wash well and last a long time, a good investment.

Love them

If you’re coming from something more structured, these will be a let down.
If you’re used to something with a bit more structure and support, these really aren’t comparable. I will say these are soft and comfortable, but they do bag out by the end of the day and require a fair bit of adjustment to keep things in line.
