Came to reviews to see if the music shutting off so quickly was normal…

So originally I wasn’t going to write a review, I was just coming to look at the product because it was bothering me that the music only lasted a short period of time and I have to keep turning the music back on….. so I see in the product description that it only plays for 20 min with an automatic shut off- NOT COOL. Then I looked at the reviews to see if there was similar complaints: now I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews sooner. Although my swing seems to swing correctly (no random stops or jerks), it does lean a tad to one side and the seat is very deep for a newborn- which does not support their head, I kind of have to position my 6 week old at an angle (still strapped in) so her chin isn’t on her chest to be sure her air way isn’t obstructed. Also, why didn’t it come with the plug in for the usb? That’s a bit ridiculous. When first plugging it in and up until this last time turning it on I have had to unplug it and kinda re set it to get it to work. I don’t think it’s too loud when swaying, and have not seen or experienced any of the “jerking” motions or random swing stops, we have used it about 6 times. That will be a deal breaker and I would not have purchased this swing had I read the reviews prior.

Don’t push it to start it

Love this compact easy to store swing for my daycare. It really rocks faster then I thought. So I usually use a lower number. I found you do not push it to get it started. It will stop itself and start going by itself. So far no negative it works great.

I love this swing moves back and forth takes batteries and plugs in and of course I'd plug it in. Speeds love them all but it's good on 3 stops Immediately when I need to take baby out folds away cause nobody wants it on display after to Clutter up space good buy don't buy the expensive on save your dollars Must have

So far so good!

Bought this portable swing for my Grandson so my daughter can put him down for a little bit . the baby just wants to be held all the time.. He hates his play matt and will only be happy in his vibrating rocker as long as she is rocking him. The rocker is not electric so she has to rock it so we got this swing because of the portability and all the features and the price. I searched a lot and we decided on this one. My daughters house is small so it needed to be compact and we needed vibration plus the swing has multiple settings and can be positioned 3 ways so he can see his momma at any angle. So far he is content in this swing and the price was not bad at all for all the features it has will update if anything breaks or he decides he doesn't like it . but so far so good!!

Just have one issue

My issue with this product is that my baby doesn’t seat well on it. The way it’s design it’s more 4 months and up or depends how big your baby

my daughter loves it!

got it from my registry and it is awesome! my daughter didn’t really like the vibration thing so i took that off and it’s still perfect! the swing doesn’t go too fast and it seems comfortable enough that she’s fine being in it even when it’s not on. i put it together by myself and it was super easy to assemble. love that it has a battery compartment and a corded option as my house is very limited on plug locations

Good one

I ordered the swing for my newborn and it did serve the purpose in the initial months. As it is electrical, you don't need to bother about replacing of batteries which saves money. Of course it comes with different modes, and you can adjust the swing speed, change the music and was really useful as the baby got sleepy very quickly. I am giving a 3 star rating because after using for 2 months the music started to stop automatically that I had to keep watching to turn the music on so that the baby doesn't get cranky. I initially ignored thinking that it is a minor one, but later on it developed other programming errors too such as swing speed changes automatically, so even if I put a speed level of 2, it sometimes automatically changed to a speed level of 6 and the baby got scared with this sudden changes. I finally had to request for a replacement as the music has now stopped completely which is annoying. However I am happy that the customer team helped with a replacement and I hope my issue was an isolated one and the new one will work properly.

Love it!

This chair is amazing, my 6 week baby loves her contact naps but sometimes mama needs a break to do other things around the house and see to her brother. She likes quite vigorous rocking so I have put on highest setting number 6. First time using she went to sleep instantly and although she woke a few times the rocking soon sent her back off. Well worth buying.

It broke when I put my 5 month old in the swing

Who can I get in touch with in regards to product ? I bought this in September and hadn't used it much only a couple of times. Recently I placed my 5 month old in the swing and all of a sudden the swing broke. My baby is not a heavy baby or anything so I'm really confused. Can someone help? I loved it otherwise just upset at the fact that it broke just like that I thought it was for heavier weight ? Who can I contact?

FANTASTIC VALUE

Was really suprised with this item, I bought for my 4 month old granddaughter thinking she wouldn't get much use of it but that's not the case. She has plenty of room to grow, the seat part rotates so no need to drag the seat around, you just swivel it then lock it. The swing action is fabulous as are the music sounds. Forget mamaroo and buy this instead. You might need some insert if using for a new baby.

Not so comfortable.

It's not that comfortable for Babies. Designwise it looks good. But the seat is not that good, when put the baby on it it doesn't have much support for the baby's back and baby sits very awkward position. The head cushion is a bit too up and you can't actually fix it down, not much cushion underneath the back as well.
