Need duct tape. But works well.

The media could not be loaded. I've included a vid, the only fault so far is the diameter of the vent line. A little duct tape solved it. Other than that it's a great kit for the price. Would buy again if I need another setup. Will update if it falls apart with age.

It works but…

When I buy a “kit” I expect it to have exactly what I need in that “kit”. This includes the fan, filter, and duct but not enough hangers. Luckily I had some laying around. Other than that, it is ok but I would go with a bigger name in the future.

I use it attached to my diy box for my xtool. The filter was huge and so I didn’t use it.

Came broken .. Fan never even got to spin

Waited a long time for this fan to come.. I should have plugged it in first before setting it up.. lesson learned though.. the motor was running but there was something broken inside.. the component started to rain out little pieces of broken plastic when I inspected it...Bummer.. I live in a super rural area so it isn’t even worth the time to return. I don’t know if this happens often, but I’m disappointed.

Buen funcionamiento, pero faltan partes e instructivo..

Buen kit para una tienda de 3 x 3" con un poder de extracción decente. En mi caso, tuve que conseguir un acoplador adicional de vinilo, para conectar el ventilador al filtro. Aún cuando se decidiera conectarlos mediante el ducto de aluminio (que habría que recortar), el kit debería incluír una abrazadera adicional. Fuera de eso, todo bien, el filtro es de buena calidad, y el ventilador no es muy ruidoso, aunque podría tener más potencia. El instructivo incluído no sirve para nada. Si se quiere instalar adecuadamente, sugiero consultar videos en YouTube al respecto.

Was unhappy but it’s doing a great job

Not too ecstatic with this product! - plastic housing - o rings are damaged and improperly made can’t adjust them -flex pipe is silver(big no no should be black) also flex pipe is VERY low quality, One of the cheapest you could find -fan seems good until you hook it with the flex pipe, very under powered horrible, almost zero air movement at Max - Seriously consideringnseriously considering returning it as this low power wount even dry what it needs to, looks like there could be major mould issues. - if these guys actually included may be a 6 inch fan with 6 inch flex huge difference I will keep updating as more issues come up Updated With all that said, I have this unit hooked up to a small tent, I use it for drying I have shelves built inside of it out of string, carbon air intakes on both ends and the filter on the inside, pump on the outside and it’s doing a great job at keeping the temperature and humidity right where it needs to be to dry the product.

Killer filter !!! Super quiet fan.

Filter is amazing !!! Seriously. There is zero smell when negative pressure is achieved. For a smaller filter this works more then well. For a starter I recommend this package to anyone. Only issue is that the filter and the fan housing are the same diameter. For stability while hanging this product it would be good if the fan housing and the filter could be directly affixed to one another rather then the usage if the hoses. But honestly it was easy to do so regardless. The adjustable speed variable controller is well made as is the fan housing itself with multiples ways to hang. Fan is actually really quiet , even on high it’s barely noticeable. Very easily achieves negative pressure in a 4x4x8 tent even on medium speed. For the price , this package is well worth it. Highly recommend just based on the filter alone, but for the price of the entire package , one would be silly not to buy as a whole. Have had it all up and in use sir months now without a single issue.

Minimum Flow Rate Too High and a Bit Noisy

I use this fan on a small grow tent (2'x3'x55"). The minimum flow rate is a too high and the fan is somewhat noisy. Otherwise, the fan and filter system work fine and there are no odours being exhausted. The fan system maintains humidity around 50% RH, which is good for the flowering stage but a bit low for vegetative stage and seedlings/cuttings. I just wish the minimum flow rate could be turned down a bit more on the fan control. This would increase the humidity to a more optimum number (55-70%RH). My workaround is to put the fan on a separate timer from the light to raise the humidity during the "daytime".

Quiet and it works!

Easy to put up the carbon filter is a bit big for the fan itself, but it does fit with a clamp tightened on. Love the adapter for different fan speeds. The power cable is a little sort I had to get an extension to bring it outside the tent. However for the price you can't really go wrong. It's well built and has everything you'll need.
