Good product, Some Minor Design Flaws

Overall I'm pretty happy with this but there is room for a couple improvements. Installation was relatively straightforward, though I found it difficult to get a perfect alignment of the door with the neighboring doors. I found that the door was a bit misaligned after tightening down the screws so I loosened them a bit and tried to nudge the door into alignment, but the double sided tape made any kind of small lateral adjustment very difficult. I basically had to pry it off and try again. Another minor complaint is that the slider only attaches to the bottom portion of the door, so when you pull on the top of the door to open it, the door actually flexes a bit. I hope that this doesn't warp my cabinet door over time, I might have to look into reinforcing it somehow. I see this as a design flaw with this model, which is meant to work on tall doors (no drawer above them).

Revised Review after problem solved

This is a revised review, as the distributor sent me a replacement after having issues with the first unit. That says a lot about the company, and the replacement works like a dream. THANK YOU!! Initial Review......Having been in the cabinet business for 10 years, I've been around a lot of trash pullouts. This one is a great design compared to the Rev-A-Shelf. However, this unit does not self close like it should, which is very annoying when you have to assist it.

Amazing quality best purchase on Amazon to date!

Wow! I wanted to make sure I came back and reviewed this purchase on Amazon because it didn't have any reviews when I purchased. I took a risk and ordered and these are amazing. This is the best purchase I have made to Amazon to date! I researched a lot of options for the trash in cabinet solution and this hands down blew me away (quality, installation, daily use, etc). I would recommend this over Rev a Shelf or other manufactures any day. I tried the others and they just wouldn't stand up to the normal wear and tear. Thanks!

Very easy to install. Comes with template so no room for error.

My item was delivered damaged..I then called customer service and they promptly sent me a new good unit within days. Very easy to install and works great so far.
