Please note these are mini- not full size
Because they are mini it makes it difficult to count the objects on the one side. When you take the filling out of the jar it is less than half full.

Handy color and number matching toy, wasteful packaging
The quality of the toys themselves is very good: they are solid and very easy to connect together and separate again. There's no small or easily-broken parts. These are not a "puzzle" toy like I expected, however. All the "sandwich" parts are totally interchangeable, and you can mix and match any different numbered or colored combinations freely. It's clearly intended as a freeform activity instead of a puzzle-solving one, and though it isn't what I expected I don't think that's really a problem. I find the packaging a little annoying though. The container is hugely oversized for the pieces inside, and has a large hollow plastic space-filler in the center to make it appear more full than it actually is. This is a bit wasteful and disingenuous, and I don't appreciate that kind of marketing.

Cute
Cute toy. Smaller than I expected. I was planning on giving this to a younger child but I can now see why it says for ages 3 and up. Nice idea to match the numbers, but this would have to be played with someone who can confirm that the numbers have been matched up properly since all the pieces snap together.

Too small
These would have been perfect is they were bigger. These would be fine for an older age but for younger children these are too small

Great for learning to count...
The media could not be loaded. This treat counting set is a great teaching tool for my kindergarten daughter. She is learning to count and these make the processes fun. The colors are vibrant and the quality is good.

For children, parents and teachers
My daughter just turned 3 and we are just starting to learn numbers. It's fun and entertaining to play tea party and learn numbers at the same time. Also thanks to this set of "cookies - numbers" you can learn colors. This is great for teachers as educational materials.

Counting and matching toys
This is just the kind of educational toy that’s great for use either in a classroom or at home. The set consists of twenty filled ‘cookies’ with two parts to be successfully identified and correctly put together, matching a number (from 1-20) on one side of the cookie with a number of symbols which goes on the other. Both sides of successfully assembled cookies are the same colour, so this encourages colour matching as well as number recognition and 1:1 correspondence counting. The number cookies come in a reusable plastic storage jar with a carry handle built in to the lid. Biscuits mightn’t be the best representation of healthy eating going, but they certainly have a lot of kid appeal. The only thing I wasn’t so keen on about this was that on arrival the jar is packed out with a large plastic cone making this look fuller than it really is. In this day and age responsible manufacturers of educational toys should be limiting the use of unnecessary plastics.

Find and fit
The media could not be loaded. This is an oversized plastic tub, complete with carry handle. The lid screws on/off. Inside there are 40 robust, coloured plastic pieces with numbers varying from 1 to 20 on half the pieces and different illustrated shapes to count on the other 20. The aim is not only to colour match the appropriate pairs but also to link the illustrations to the number. So, for example, the number 19 appears in white on a blue shape and 19 white hexagons appear on its opposite number. Find and fit together. This could be turned into a speed game with friends and/or siblings. Place all the individual pieces in the middle. How many can you find and attach before there are no more left? The winner is the one with the most that are correctly attached. You can even deduct points if pieces are incorrectly attached. This is a super find for young children learning how to count and pair. £18 though is quite pricey even if this toy does look and feel durable. Additionally, the oversized plastic is wasteful in terms of material used. A fabric, drawstring bag would have done the job equally well plus would have been easier and cheaper to transport and store.

Great for matching a number to a pictorial representation of the corresponding no of objects
The media could not be loaded. Children will love using these, they look like little jammy dodgers, or if you are a posh teacher, macarons.

Nice learning toy
This is an excellent learning toy with nice packaging, it contains 20 “cookies” in a storage jar. Feel really good quality, smooth and durable, there is nothing I can complain. The features of the toy you can see the descriptions of the product, easy to understand and follow. What I really like is, this toy can keep my daughter busy and her eyes away from iPad screen. Overall a very good tool to learn counting, colours and sorting, keeps child entertained. I like Learning Resources products, they use some smart ideas on them.

Irresponsible Marketing
Not entirely sure why Learning Resources have become so inconsistent with their products, because even though these "Mini Number Treats" are for ages 3+ they are once again, irresponsibly marketed. The presentation alone is questionable, with what looks like a tub of sweets on display, but after emptying out the contents, there really shouldn't be any need to point out what is fundamentally wrong with this product. The overall quality is as usual, good, however, those in charge of the brand's range of products, need to take a close look at the presentation of certain items in the Learning Resources catalogue, and an even closer look at the items within.
