Looks better than built, but still a very good choice.

Arrived on time as advertised and was as advertised and as reviewed. I really like these, but they must be taken with a bit of patience. They have a mount circle that sits off the wall, and in my case one of three leaned forward a bit and could not be corrected with out bending. I left it as is. Mounting was easy. I especially like the design as I rebuilt a condo using the Bar handle theme in all hardware and this goes well without being over done. I started with LED daylight bulbs but they were too blue but worked well for the bathroom, for the hallway I went back to the included incandescent. A nice warm color. If I had time I would have re-purchase all warm LEDs. Point being, on either, this throws all the light in all directions very nicely. There were comments on changing the lights. There is a visible decorative screw holder and a lower more firm one. Just take them both out and the cover comes off in 3 seconds.

looks great, easy to install

Looks good , the screw on the top makes it easy to change the light bulb if you ever need to. Keep in mind if your fixture box is not completely flush with the wall this fixture will not be either. Not a big deal but if I look at it on the side closely you cN tell.

Nice wall sconce

This piece is very fragile so be careful handling it. I had my electrician put it up, but I agree with everyone that it would be a little difficult taking it apart to change the light bulb. I know because I tried painting underneath it and it was difficult moving the piece of glass without breaking it. (which if I had known before, I would have had my electrician put it up AFTER I painted my walls). I thought it would be a little brighter, but it's still a pretty nice modern piece for my entryway.

Clean and pretty

These went in our movie theatre room and they look very modern and nice! We flipped them upside down so we could have the light shining down. There is a little knob a the top that you'll see if you do this but it looks like it's just part of the design. Recommended for people who like clean lines and have silver/grey decor. Hope this was useful!

I purchased a return from Amazon for about $30... even at this price I roll my eyes. This couldn't be made more cheaply. It will show when you're installing it. Foolish design that requires extra TLC. I had to bend and shim it to get it to look right. The two bars that hold the shade are out of alignment and hard to correct. The glass shade sits cockeyed.The back plate is a thin disc of sheet metal that flexes when installed and thus doesn't fit flush on the wall. Looks nice installed and the quality of the light is pretty good, although it does cast a strong shadow pattern on the wall... interesting or distracting?... you decide. BTW You'll have your work cut out for you when you want to change the bulb. At $50 you may find something better, but hey... you get what you pay for.

Good value

Very prompt delivery. Purchased 6 of these for a basement finish. straight forward install. Glass shade slightly out of round causing it not to seat properly in the fixture on 2 or 3 of the units purchased. Very slight defect - all things considered, including the price. Very nice.

SO SHARP!

You always take a chance buying something on line, but it was a chance that paid off with this sconce light! Bought two to replace lights by my bathroom mirror. So sharp! The light they cast is just perfect for makeup application as well as soothing light when showering. You could use these other places in the house as well, but I have to say they were perfect for our bathroom. Also, the stainless steel finish matched the fixtures in the bathroom perfectly. Look more expensive than they were. Very happy with this online purchase.

Nice looking sconce, but hard to change bulb

We put these sconces in our media room. We go so many complements. Since 60W bulbs are too bright for media room, we are planning on changing them to 25W bulbs. Only drawback with these sconces is changing the bulbs. Since you can not remove the shade after installing the sconce, it is really tricky.
