Solid Wood and works

Great value. As others mentioned best mounted on wall. A little better cue protection might push to 5 stars but will work as intended and pleasantly pleased and surprised at price point!

Perfection

I spent weeks looking for a cue rack, and this checked all the boxes. Other products from other sellers (even brick and mortar stores) had misleading reviews, some saying they were great, some saying they shipped broken/chipped, some saying poor build quality. This product is perfect. Real wood. The small print in the description states its made of oak. This should be listed in the features because the build quality is definitely brag-worthy. Great finish/paint as well. Well shipped. While other racks are chipped or scuffed in transport, this rack had no damage or chips of any kind. Everything was very well packaged/protected. Minimalist. I didn't need anything fancy, or big. I also didn't want one of those racks that clip to the top of the cue (potentially scratching the shaft over time). With the way the cue sits, gravity and cleaver design holds it in place while still being easy to pull out when needed. Came with everything. All hardware. From the screws to wall anchors and L-brackets. It even includes decorative caps to snap on the screws and plugs for the holes for aesthetics. A+

Fantastically simple, works great, well made.

This is a perfect design for someone looking for something simple and/or with limited space. It holds the cues securely, but they don't feel tight. It's super easy to just place a cue in, or pull one out, and it only requires a couple inches of space above. It's a relatively simple design, but it is well made, and well thought out. It is also solid wood, not laminated or engineered materials. If you're still considering it at this point, you'll probably like it.

Great hanging on the wall, but not a floor stand.

Great hanging on the wall, but 4 stars because I bought it with the idea that I could use it standing in the floor—as the description indicates. It really does not work as a floor stand. It doesn’t have the right balance to stand on the floor and hold up the cues. I would not recommend this if you are looking for a standing unit. However, after hanging it on the wall, it works great and looks great.

Nice Storage Rack

This rack is perfect for a small space to handle additional cues and bridges. We just set it on the floor and have not had any problems with it tipping over.
