Aged, beat up box, swimsuit seems old

The box was very beat up and the suit has light streaks of dust or whatever on it, makes me think this package is very old and been lying around alot, or passed around alot til it sold. I will keep it anyway. But this is not quality I expect from the name brand Speedo.

Attractive and Sturdy

I am not a competitive swimmer, and this is the first technical suit I've purchased. Though I did not buy this to improve swim speed, my activity tracker shows a consistent increase in average swim speed; I've gone from an average of .7 mph to an average of .9 mph. (Not Missy Franklin, I know.) Because I'm not interested in compression, I ordered a size up and I'm glad I did. This suit was tough to pull on the first time I tried it on; pulling the narrow chest over wide hips is tough. But two weeks later, it's pretty easy to pull on. I have a large chest, and this shows more side boob than I'd like, more than the other lap suits I wear. this may not be an issue for someone smaller than a small C. The biggest issue that I have with this suit is the issue that I have with all Speedo suits: they run long. I'm 5'3, and I think that the suit would fit better if I were an inch taller. There's a bit more fabric that I need length-wise, and that fabric pools in winkles. I was concerned that these wrinkles would cause drag, but since I'm seeing an uptick in speed, I don't think they are. Overall, it looks good, it seems well-made, and it's improving my swim. Despite the length issue, I'd order this again. And oh yeah, I've read that people have issues with technical suits being see-through. This one is not see-through.

Threat came undone after a few times

I usually wear XS for cloths, S for underwear, and 32D for bras. I bought 28 initially, but it was too small around the chest. I exchanged it to 32, and it was a perfect fit. Yet, after a few times, thread on the center part of buttocks came undone. The seller said they can't exchange once I wore them. I don't want to have a hole there. So disappointed. I eventually contacted Speedo USA customer services. They will replace this with another wear. I’m grateful.

Tight fit, but shoulder straps are too weak!

Bought this for my 12 year old daughter to use in competitive swim meets until we can buy real tech suits when she's 13. She wears a 30 in practice suits and we ordered a 26 in this. The fit was good and she probably could have gone with a 24 to be even tighter. However, the shoulder straps are a stretchy material and the top of the suit doesn't stay tight enough in the water. My daughter said water was getting into her suit in the chest area because of these loose straps. We returned this and bought the aquablade instead and it is excellent. Go with that suit instead of this and you'll be happy! Size down at least 2 sizes from your usual practice suits.

Absolutely love it!

I've had it for 4 months now. Love it. I purchased the TYR Women's Fusion 2 Short John Swim Suit and it did not last at all! This one, not only I love the strap, which is made of a wide elastic band, which is super confortable, but it also is line in the upper part of the body, front and back, so it feels more fitted and durable. I like the design and cut too. The low cut on the back helps if you have lordosis like since if the back cut is not right, the bathing suit "puffs" out around the lower back. My only non-positive comment would be the elastic around the thigh is so tight. It happened to all the tech suits (Tyr) I had before. I can't understand why then don't do them like the jammers, that have more fabric at the bottom. Also, chlorine has not affected the fabric yet but it changed the color of the stitches but that does not bother me. I I would definitely look for this model again when I have to replace mine.

Es sumamente chico, tengo 48 kilos, 90 cm de cadera y este traje no me entra ni en una pierna, yo soy talle 28 en los trajes de entrenamiento entonces pensé en comprar un 26 y veo que ni el 28 me entrará, no sé si es otro material pero creo que sería un 30 en este tipo de traje.

It fits! Performance and flattering!

Fits great. I purchased a 38. I am 5.7 148lbs. I swim daily for exercise. I am 56 so I wanted coverage and performance. I no longer feel comfortable in a high rise suit. This is very form fitting though and very flattering to me so a bonus! Straps do not dig in at all. I really like the length covering my thighs and half way to my knee. I have long legs. May seem too long if you are short. It is snug, but fine when you get it on.
