high quality safe scooter

The build quality is top notch but the ride is slower, so you may feel much safer, even without a helmet.

Fun for adults too

With a weight limit of 220 lb, many adults can enjoy this scooter as well. It has sturdy pneumatic tires and a solid metal frame. It is designed and put together for durability. I did not experience any creaking, bending, or sagging. The handlebars are wider than other scooters I have seen, but it seems to allow for finer steering control. The handlebars are also higher off the ground, and it worked just fine for my 6’3” frame. The only thing that seemed undersized was the length and width of the deck. It is only long enough for one of my, admittedly large, size 13 shoes. It is, therefore, hard to fit both of my feet on the scooter at the same time. Those with more normally sized feet will likely find it easier. The pneumatic tires provide some natural suspension. Riding on uneven surfaces such as dirt and gravel works much better than it would with a solid-wheeled scooter. The rear brake works just fine, and I had no issues stopping when I needed to. The deck has a grippy surface that seems durable and kept my feet on the scooter. This is a great scooter that is well-built and will work not only for larger children but many adults as well.

GREAT KICK SCOOTER!!!

I was amazed at how strong and sturdy the Tread Pro moves across any terrain! It's performance is exactly what is described in the listing. While riding the Tread Pro you have kick off more than a hard wheel scooter, but the pneumatic tires are the bomb. I would highly recommend this scooter to anyone who wants fun and exercise!

Not easy to inflate tires

The tires can't easily be inflated so the tires become flat and then the scooter barely moves. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

Rides so smoothly

This mongoose scooter rides so smoothly. It has anti slip grip tape on the foot rest and the brake works great. What I love about this scooter is the wide handles. We have another mongoose pro air and the handles are very narrow. Having the wide handles help maneuverthe bike side to side and if you're more talented, tricks. You can add air to the tires if need be. Great scooter!

Beautiful Smooth Ride!!!

Exceptional Gift, comes in a box with an Awesome picture of this really attractive Dirt Scooter!!! My nephew is going to go bonkers on Christmas when he opens this beauty!!! In the meantime I will be "testing" it out for him!!! Very impressive quality and I love how it folds up for storage, travel and carrying to the park!! Love it, Very Impressive Gift!!! Thank you!!!

Sturdy built.

I have logged 252 miles so far so good! (Six months). Handlebars are too wide (for me). Optional PU wheels (for sidewalks) that fit this easily i.e. same specs would be a good. I took off the board grip tape due to it catches the shoe to fast sometimes when mannuevering. Connection link between the board and steering is holding.

Sturdy

Heavy duty scooter. Few things I didn’t like: the steering bar doesn’t move; the height is not adjustable. It is harder to glide than other scooters. This means you have to work a lot harder to get going fast. It’s like you’re stuck in the mud. If it was easier to get going fast I would have loved this.

Es un patín solo para bajadas sobre tierra.

Ya tengo un scooter mongoose pro, ese se desliza delicioso, este entiendo que es para tierra, pero me hubiese gustado que se deslizará bien en pavimento, se siente pesado, no es lo que esperaba así que lo regrese.

Scooter looks and feels good but the back wheel hardly spins. Probably a bearing issue. Returned the product.
