Love this adapter but there is a design flaw.

Only thing I would change would be the silicone ring. It is clear/opaque so you can barely see it when it is in the adapter. When we first used it, we unfortunately forgot to put back on the o-ring because you dont see thst it is missing since it blends into the adapter and milk leaked everywhere while warming it. Each different person that used it had the same experience. Our quartz counters are white so you don’t notice it sitting on the counter when you put it back together after drying. It is now standing practice to check for the ring before putting the bottle on. Something we should do anyways but it takes a second longer because they are the same color. Recommendation: Tinting the silicon blue would make it easier to see that it wasn’t installed before placing the bottle on.

Comotomo Bottles

I liked the adapter what I disliked is the o-ring as I can’t find where they sell replacement o-rings. I had to buy another adapter because upon washing the o-ring just slid down the drain. Other then the o-ring problem, the adapter worked great.

Why doesn’t this come in the original package?

So this is way better than the one that comes with the device. They should already have this included como tomo are the best!

Great adapter for the Munchkin bottle warmer. Doesn't leak. Just remember to not lose the rubber ring!
