Next stop, order every size and type of these amazing pans!

Absolutely EPIC pan. Received it yesterday and used it twice for dinner. The very first use was for a pound of bacon. Most amazing non-stick surface I've ever owned. Bacon cooked perfectly and since there's no sticking to the pan whatsoever, all of the bacon slices stayed intact and slid around in the pan. My children commented how the "bacon was bigger" than usual (because it didn't stick and break into smaller strips). Simply poured out the hot grease, wiped with a paper towel and the pan is clean. The second use was to caramelize onions and mushrooms in butter. We all know the mess that can make of a pan. With the Neoflam 12 inch, zero sticking and amazing results again. For the final clean I swished with water, and wiped out again using a paper towel. Voilà, perfectly clean. I don't see any discoloration to the cooking surface, nor chipping or scratching after day one. I did however notice some of the paint on the bottom of the pan had developed some small chips and dings. I have gas burners with metal grates and like to slide, shake, and flip my foods as they cook (the onions and mushrooms for example) so I'd imagine over time that some areas of the paint on the bottom of the pan will eventually come off. I don't care about that, though, as long as the cooking surface survives my daily kitchen abuse. The heat distribution and non-sticking properties for this beauty were far superior than anything I've used to date. Enjoy! **Update** So, after about 4-5 months the non stick properties wore off (I still use it though). My pan sticks now for most things I cook. I have to say I was very hard on this pan, sometimes cooking with it twice a day. I sometimes ran it under water while it wasn't cooled off completely. From my research here on amazon, I've yet to find a non stick ceramic based pan that doesn't eventually lose its non stick properties :(. Anyways...I'm going to have to take some of that shine off of my original review. When you buy any type of ceramic non stick item, expect it to eventually lose its non stick properties, sometimes as only after a few months. Knocking off a star...who knows, maybe I didn't treat the pan the way I should have. Good luck.

Nice

It's a good size for me and easy to clean. Overall, I really like this product. However, the design of the lid is really bad the hole is right on the holder, so it's easy to get burned while removing the lid.

4 month review - Non-stick surface OK. Lid's design flaw

4 months update - it has taken some abuse and is still non-stick at this point. There is some design flaws with the lid: 1. the vent hole is inside the knob. You can get burned when you lift up the lid. Also, the inside edge of the lid is not easy to clean. It was $25 when I bought it. I wouldn't pay $60 for it though.

Love everything about this wok

Love the color, feel, weight and size of this wok. I am a Asian and use wok everyday, I went through a lot woks in my cooking life and really happy with this one.

Manufacturing workmanship is flawed

When I was using it, I found that the right part of the pan was easy to stick to the pan. This happened when I started using it. Gave me a lot of trouble. I didn't start using this pan until five months after I bought it. I didn't return it, so I had to buy another pot.

Almost a total winner

Bought this for my wife. For the most part she likes the wok. Fairly lightweighted, the cover has an escape hole for steam to come out instead of boiling over. I handwash the dishes and any burnt marked on this wok easily comes off. The one negative and for my wife it's a big one, she feels the heat doesn't distribute even throughout the wok. Only the bottom part of the wok is hot.

Great pan but doesn't hold heat as much as I would like

This wok is of great quality. The non-stick surface is great and cleans so easily. I like that even the outer side of the pan is also coated and non-stick. Even when some of the runoff sticks to the edge and outside of the pan, it cleans with a simple wipe and no scrubbing. The only issue is that the pan does not hold its heat as well as I had hoped. Putting even a moderate amount of meat in the pan reduces the pan's ability to get a good sear. I understand that it's an aluminum pan but maybe if it was just a bit thicker, it could handle a little more volume when trying to get a good stir fry going.

Lightweight and Easy to use/clean!

I love this product! The depth is perfect for stirfry, and the heat distribution is wonderful making for an easy cooking experience. The pan itself is lightweight and comes in a variety of colours, which is a nice option to have. Easy to clean, nonstick surface and overall great quality.

Doesn’t work on induction hub

I was excited to receive it and keen to try it out in my induction hub, it didn’t work. Then I checked the user guid and found it is not suitable for induction hub, very disappointed. Will still love to try one that works for induction hub though.

Good product

Easy clean and light weight

Minor Defect

Overall is good in quality but there's a defect found in the lid. The lid (the inner stainless steel edge) is not in a perfect circle, tested and the steam is not coming from that part and therefore I have not choose to return it.

Eela 12" Nonstick ...Great Piece!

I've had mine for many months now... No scratching or issues... Easy to wash. I just love it.
