Best gift ever!!!!!!

I am a crushed ice addict. I eat 20 lbs. a day. This machine was bought as a gift fromy husband after my Cuisinart machine broke. This was 1/2 the price and works better, (the Cuisinart you had to push ice through manually to crush.) It crushes more and quicker and more consistent in regards to size. I use this machine 2-4 times a day and it just keeps on. Love my Nostalgia Coca Cola ice crusher!!!!!

The media could not be loaded. We like it. We have used it four times this week. It works great but it is loud. The kids don't mind. Be careful of the size of your ice cubes. It will not work if your ice cubes are too big. You will have to crush your ice into small pieces for it to work. Once you do it works fine. It is best to buy the smaller pieces of ice cubes. The ice that comes from your fridge might be too big. It works and you can also use for adult beverages. :-)

Amazing amazing! 2 small things to know before purchasing!

This thing is great. I bought it while I was in college just for fun, I had a little extra money. I was skeptical at first because it was pretty cheap, I only thought it would last a little bit, but this thing is a TANK. I use it almost every day, it’s super super easy to use, the ice is very consistent and it’s just a cute look! One thing that shocked me is how airtight the cage is. I’ll forget to clean it sometimes and all the ice will melt, but it will never drip out. You take the top part off and throw a towel in it and it’s clean. Super easy. Ive taken it to a few friends grad parties and made snow cones and it just powers through with no problems. You can make about 4-5 snow cones in one go. They recommend not using it for more than 5 minutes consistently but I haven’t hade any issues with that. One issue I continue to run into is the ice won’t push down onto the blades. The first few times it was pretty annoying but I figured out if you just push down on the chamber it works perfectly. But overall the value for the money is amazing. I would’ve guessed it was about $200. Only problem is the ice not pushing down by itself and the fact that it’s a little smaller.

Bought to make snowballs

This machine does not disappoint, I think its a little loud but totally worth the noise. I only do 2 at a time and enough to fill two 16oz cups (roughly speaking). I've used it at least 10+ times and nothing on it has broken yet. I would buy it again if I had to, it beats hand shaving. If you're wondering the ice comes out kinda flaky, similar to snow flakes, just a bit bigger.

The seller has been giving me the run around for 3 months, I am waiting for a return label

I loved the product when I first received it but unfortunately after a few uses it did not work properly. I asked for a replacement and waited for weeks to hear from the company. When I did hear from them they claimed that they had not got an email from me regarding the product( snow cone machine). We communicated back and forth and eventually my refund was approved. I was told to send it back. Unfortunately I didn’t keep the return label because the machine did work and I didn’t foresee a problem in the future. I asked for a return label three times and haven’t received one yet. The product was a family gift for my 3 grandchildren, Which were very disappointed. I am a pensioner and do not have this kind of money to throw away.
