Has a bit of a learning curve.
At first I didn’t like it because I felt the suction was very uncomfortable and strong so much that it was painful. But now I find that if I nurse my baby while lying down and hold it onto my other breast and just slightly adjust it a little at a time, I find that it works pretty well. The Haakaa just isn’t enough suction for me and costs too much money. I eventually bought a second one of this one because I don’t like being without it. Overall I’m mostly satisfied.

Good suction
I’ve tried the haakaa brand like this & I love this one brand so much more . I’ve ordered a second one for myself & bought one for a friend that was expecting. An all time fav for me !

If you need high suction, this is the one.
This can give some powerful suction. If you're just catching a letdown, be careful. If you're pumping, building a stash, or treating mastitis -- this is it. In fact, I would argue purchasing this one ahead of time for post-partum needs to treat mastitis -- that's how strong it is.

Angle and pump
At the wrong angle this can be painful because it’s powerful; it’s basically a hands free pump. I use it when I’m engorged and it gets me relief quickly but you’ve got to angle it right if you don’t want it to hurt. It stays on better than the Haaka and suctions harder but the Haaka is way softer and more comfortable

Work adequately, worth a few $ to buy a different one
I chose this silicone manual pump because it was a little cheaper than some other brands. I have had good results with a silicone pump and wanted two to speed up my time. This one is too stiff and hurt more than necessary! I used it once and not even the full time I used the other and tried again another time to be sure I didn’t attach incorrectly and it was still so uncomfortable. It’s worth a few dollars more to me to get a different brand that’s a softer silicone. The suction base worked okay for me. It wasn’t great, but I don’t have super smooth surfaces to attach it to. That may make a difference. The stopper was nice since the suction wasn’t great. The measuring starts at 30 ml. I need something that starts lower because my baby is still so young that I’m not making that much milk yet. I’ll be retiring and already have a softer one coming.

Not comfortable at all
Got this as a cheaper option, but it is so uncomfortable and does not stay on nearly as well as the name brand. It will catch your milk, but nothing is more frustrating than it popping off while you have your baby nursing on the other side and now have to juggle or it spills. Wouldn’t recommend it, you’re better off buying name brand

Milk mommy
Moms you need this in your life. Coming from a labor and delivery nurse who had a hospital grade Medela pump I dont even use. 90% of my stash is from the nuby. My secret is as baby is feeding and the bulb fills with air I squeeze it again. I do this with every feeding. I wish I knew about this thing with my other kids beverages I gave up breastfeeding with them. Takes about 15 min to fill than I swap it for my second one and maybe get a quarter full. Seriously mommas I got all of this in 10 weeks. I went back to work today and am using the willow to keep my milk supply up. This thing is a life saver. I never write reviews but this thing needed one . *** update i purchase a new one every 6 weeks to keep the suction up. I am now able to donate milk because of this thing. Genius idea ????

Terrible
Terrible pump. I have the nature bond silicone pump i got 2 years and love. Couldn't find it on Amazon now to get a second one and this looked like the closest option. Unfortunately this silicone is much harder and pulls my nipple much more. Its painful and my nipple is swollen for a while after. I make sure my nipple is positioned in center and I've used it over 10-15 times. This is also not returnable so I'm stuck with a useless product.

Amazing milk collection!
This pump works amazingly well for passive milk collection on your other breast when you’re feeding. I easily collect 2-3 oz per feed on my non feeding breast. I highly recommend this!

Bueno
Si ayuda a la extracción de lechita, el material es un plástico resistente, para colocarlo hay que bajar la parte del embudo y colocarlo así en el pecho y soltar (yo no sabia cómo usarlo de manera correcta ????) en cuanto a material está ok.

Painful
I have had two other brands of this style of milk collector but this one the silicone is stiffer then the other and it actually was very painful every time I used it
