WiFi works game changer vs. bluetooth.

Seems so hi tech with WiFi that it is not even on their website yet! I linked unit to both phone and tablet. When starting up app it connects instantly with temp feedback. Have not cooked yet still snow here on the grill. Update: Cooked with this yesterday and worked great the chicken was delicious! Much better to use this than small handheld thermometer or cutting into the meat itself. Recommended. Fresh snow on grill today as well... (April!)

Easy setup and go also very practical

All you need is a wifi for the device to connect to and a phone to configure it. Makes for a very stable connection and the thermometers are precise and are as fast as the instant ones. This makes it a better choice than my meater thermometer in any pace cooking other than really slow cooks but id still use this thermomemter there too cause better battery life and a better connection. I can take it anywhere with my phone using a wireless hotspot. It has really usefull carrying case and color coded abs plastic bead thats travels down the cable of the probe. the probes each have a nice abs plastic wrap. Like I said its all very practical but I do prefer to turn off the cook alarm with the device's button rather than through my phone cause the app notification sometimes fails to turn it off itself. I also wish the kickstand would click in place and have more nonslip material as well as a magnetic plate too. Id definitely recommend this to anybody who has a phone and needs a no nonsense thermometer for cooking

Makes grilling SO much simpler!

This thermometer works like a charm. Overall, easy to use and it’s definitely accurate. I’m still working on getting the hang of the set-up/working the presets because it’s not super intuitive for me. But even without having it perfectly figured out on the presets, I was able to easily use it to gauge the temp of the chicken I was grilling. And honestly, my troubles with learning how to use it are probably just because I’m not familiar with using meat thermometers in general!

A little pricy but worth every penny! What an awesome tool to have!

WOW! What a great tool. Received the item 2 days ago. First off the storage case is top notch! The case secures the meter and probes with surrounding dense foam so that nothing is moving around. Easily zips closed and has a handy strap. I removed the meter and charged it to 100%. I powered the meter on and paired it with my phone via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It paired seamlessly with both. My first use was monitoring a pork butt while cooking in my smoker. It was so nice to be able to to prep food in the kitchen and be able to monitor my food. It kept me fully abreast of the smokers ambient temperature and the foods temperature. Needless to say, the food was smoked/cooked perfectly! I am so glad that I purchased this unit. It has already made me a better smoker! 5 Stars! Nutrichef hit it out of the park with this unit!

Easy grilling, baking, air fryer.

I have started using this for when I am preheating the grill, oven, or air fryer to get a notification on my phone. Of course, using it for food temperatures is great. Don't need to go to the grill for a temperature check, just check the phone! Usually after using it during cooking, I plug it in to charge while eating and cleaning up, then it is ready for the next time. Recommend you set it up and figure out functions before having all your food stuff ready to cook.
