Nice cooler bag

Its a nice cooler bag, used it for a beach day trip and all of my drinks and food were still cold. They sent me the wrong color though.. I ordered gray and got the black sent to me.

Need a great looking stylish cooler backpack that looks like a regular backpack?

The Good: -Looks like a regular stylish backpack which is great for being incognito -Keeps drinks cold -Comfortable to carry when fully loaded -Has bottle opener The Bad: -Can’t use loose ice but you can just put ice into zip lock bags and works well The Bottom Line: I’ve taken this several times to the park and it’s fantastic. It holds enough drinks for kids and adults for a small gathering. I’ve put 15 cans and then drink boxes in it and it’s kept stuff cold for hours. The backpack is comfortable to carry and looks great. It looks so much like a regular backpack that no one knows I’m carrying drinks! Overall I would recommend this bag!

Great cooler backpack!

I have a cooler backpack that lasted me a good few years, but it's getting pretty rough around the edges and I was excited to get a replacement. This one is a lot better looking - the color is more neutral (my last one was red) and it's shaped a lot more like a regular backpack (my previous one having been a lot wider at the bottom and narrowing quite a bit at the top, making it a bit awkward weight-wise when it was full). This pack looks and feels sturdily made, and I love that it has a bottle opener attached! The price is the only thing that gives me a bit of pause, because you can get similar looking backpacks at, say, Walgreens, for half the cost or less. But overall, I'm very happy with this backpack!

compact and cooling

We have used this cooler backpack for several outings already. We have put at least one thick icepack in the cooler each time. The items that are closest to the icepack stay quite cold for several hours (3 or more), and the ice pack is still mostly frozen after that time as well. Items that are farther from the ice pack don't stay as cool, so I would recommend more ice packs if all items need to stay refrigerated for several hours. It's also possible that putting the ice pack at the top of the cooling space would also keep all items cold (since heat rises). The backpack is also comfortable to wear, and easy to transport. It holds quite a bit more than appears possible from the outside.

Great for picnics and hiking! Keeps items cool for hours.

I've used this quite a few times now, and I am impressed with this cooler backpack. I love taking this for picnics and hiking with my family, more specifically. There's ample room to store an impressive amount of items in this. I was easily able to store many, MANY cans of beverages, tons of snacks, and plenty of food items for my family of four in this with ease, and even with some room to spare. There's a lot of extras on this that I appreciate, and extra pockets. I like that this has a bottle opener, as we like getting old-fashioned glass sodas from time to time to enjoy on a picnic bench outside during the summer. I love doing things old-style with my kiddos. ;) When storing items to keep cool, they STAY nice and cool for hours and hours. The insulation on this is excellent! I love the gray color, and the fact that it just looks like a regular backpack. When hiking with it, it's comfortable enough for me to haul a decent amount of stuff in it comfortably on my back without strain or pain. It's easy to spot clean, and made of durable, sturdy material. Everything about this is solid and well-made, with no flaws of any kind on it. Overall, I really love this cooler backpack, and it appears built to last. I don't foresee any issues with it anytime soon, and I know we'll get a lot of mileage out of this before it ever starts to wear down. Works great to keep perishable food items cool, and we love the excellent, roomy space in it for tasty picnics. I would give this ten stars, if I could!

Cheaply made

This backpack cooler is very attractive, and it's much larger than my previous little backpack cooler, but that's about where the positives end. The very first time I used this one of the bungees on the side broke. I had to tie it together. I also noticed the first time I used it that the pocket on the front is becoming separated. There are two big holes in the seam where it meets the bag. And lastly, it does not keep beverages cold for long, even when loaded down with ice packs. I've used it four or five times now, and I'm on the lookout for a different one.

Best Picnic Item Ever!

This cooler backpack is AWESOME! I absolutely love it. First and foremost, it's a great cooler. There's plenty of space in it for drinks, food, etc. It'll be exactly what I need when I go to the Hollywood bowl. It's so nice to be able to carry all your food and drinks on your back. How have I lived without one of these? The backpack itself is attractive, and it has a bonus pocket for whatever accessories you might want. For me, that means napkins and utensils. And one of the coolest parts...it has a built-in bottle opener! So you can never find yourself stranded without one. This thing is amazing!!!

A+ For This Cooler Backpack

This cooler backpack works better than any other cooler I've owned. I did an experiment. I placed a few cups of ice cubes in the cooler, then added some canned beverages, fruit and sandwiches. I left the backpack on my porch in 90 degree weather. Four hours later I retrieved the backpack and most of the ice cubes were intact, and the drinks and sandwiches were as cold as if they'd been refrigerated. A+ for this cooler backpack.
