Helped a Friend Seek Medical Treatment

Fits nail bed well. Is synchronized with radial pulse. When tested with other pulse oximetry testers, this product is seemingly accurate. This RN recommends the product. ❤️☺️❤️

Help from manufacturer

I have no way to reach the company - 6 days after the return window, this has stopped working. I would like some response from the company as to what to do with the product now. I have replaced batteries, etc.
