Disappointed

Little clear plastic ends of the perches fell off right out of the box. They are slippery, so when the birds are active, the perches fall down. Finally glued the ends on the dowels because I was tired of searching through the bottom of the cage and on the floor for the plastic ends. They still are not stable. Would not order again.

bad for their feet

Not as thick as i thought they would be. but you should not use the same size for your birds all the time anyways. bad for their feet. so now they got 4 diff perches different sizes. the different sizes kind of exercises their toes. the only thing I did not like was the packing. the box was way way to big, and ups said i was not home ( i was home all day and they had my apt number and my phone number) and they said that the office was closed. duh i dont live in a office. this is an apartment building. not a office building

Shipping concerns addressed

I hesitated to buy the cage because of the feedback about bad shipping., i.e., damaged parts. Returning something as heavy duty as this cage would have been awful. I believe the company took the feedback seriously. The box came with reinforcements on every corner of the box. Also everything was zipped tied tightly so nothing moved around. So there was no damage. Instructions are basically a bunch of pictures, with very little description, but the setup wasn't too bad. The best news is that my Cockatiel is very happy. He's 22 so I was afraid he wouldn't. You'll need to by extra 18" perches because the cage only has one. Good sturdy product and the perfect size for a Cockatiel. Also, I think they have the shipping issues under control.

Nice perch,fit perfectly into my bird cage but my parakeet chewed right through it and broke it in half.Wouldn't recommend the wooden perches for this reason if you have a bird that likes to chew on wood.

Not worth the buy

Better off making ur own. Very little the ends fall off and not sturdy enough for my quaker.

Budgies loves it

My budgies love to sit and sleep on these perches. They love to chew them as well. So I ended up buying 10's of these these to replace the chewed ones.

Little too narrow

Not ideal for birds larger than zebra finces. Wish they were a little more thicker, like about half an inch.
