Good value door latch

This is not a high quality latch but it does the job and the price is right. I had to drill a new hole in the door because the mounting bolts did not line up with the holes from the old broken latch. All hardware and a template for drilling was provided which made the job fairly easy.

Door knob replacement

A perfect replacement of faulty door knob

Good at first, but falls apart later (cheap hardware)

Purchased this for a screen door on the front porch of a family home. Installation was easy and the handle worked smoothly for about a year and then - hardware failure. The spring inside the door handle stopped functioning and either sticks so hard the handle won't operate until twisted back, or it simply fails to allow the handle to spring back into position. We've had this installed about 1.5 years and will now have to find another replacement (hint: it will NOT be this same one.).

Better than the outer push butyon knob

I had a pushbutton handle on the outer side of door that broke...i replaced it with an identical one from local hardware store and in less than 6 months the cheap plastic inner piece became bent...this was the perfect solution...very durable...definitely satisfied

Definitely not aluminum

I ordered this for my screen door fit nicely and the strike plates are easily adjustable. However this item is definitely not aluminum and is actually probably made of zinc. It has a very dull grey look to not. Not shiny at all like the photo other than that it works fine. It's not the best out there but for the price it does the job

Not the same size as the old latch set, but it still works. Will just have to make some cover plates to cover the gaps.

Good purchase!

We have an old aluminum door from the 1950's. Needed a new handle and latch. My husband was able to tweek it slightly with some different screws and it works great! It's like having a brand new door. I would recommend if you have a door like ours and its needs fixing. Well worth the money.

Purchased for a replacement

This tulip style knob set is just like the ones installed on doors 25+ years ago. Good quality metal and perfectly matched hole placements so I did not have to drill new holes. Made replacing the broken knob an absolute breeze. I could not find this at any of the big box hardware stores. I would definately buy this again.

Simple remove and replace installation.

Perfect replacement. Latch, knob, and catch are vertically identical to the original. I liked that two lengths of screws were provided to accommodate different door thickness’s. Screw holes lined up exactly.
