Good for the price

There were 3 or 4 small holes in the weave of the head. Fit was a little on the roomy side. The brim was slightly smaller than my O'neill hat. But when compared to new O'neill hats ... it was HALF the price. So, I'll call them "ventilation holes" ... and ... I'll cinch the chin strap (for the lose fit) and be satisfied I saved $20.

Finally a shade hat big enough!!!

The media could not be loaded. I have a 7-3/4 head and the XXL fits with a bit of space. The liner is slightly elastic which holds it on to the head in decent winds. My hat didn't have any major holes in the weave and I chose to remove the patch; it had about 8 stitches around the outside and glue on the middle. Very happy with the width of the brim.

Okay but not impressed

The design looks good but the quality is not there as you would expect with a high end brand like this. I also measured my head before ordering and the size is a little too big. Also there top of the hat seems to be poorly made with a few broken weaves as shown in the pictures. Great design and beautiful hat but fit and quality need some work. I still love the hat and quicksilver is still my favorite clothing brand.

Fantastic quality for the price

Bought this for my husband for fathers day. He wears it every opportunity he gets. It fits him perfectly, looks really good and the quality it great. He loves that the brim is lined inside so there is no scratchy straw on your skin. 10/10 would recommend

Awful quality.

Terrible. My husband wanted it to wear when he cut the grass. It arrived with a hole in the straw which has now expanded to a giant gaping hole. What a waste of money.

I love this hat. I just wish it were a bit sturdier. On that note, don't bend it... or let a kid sit on it....
