Instant almost boiling water, but you might want to have it professionally installed.

Sits quietly under the sink, and eject extremely hot water (adjustable) instantly. May require drilling a hole in the sink (if you didn't have a predrilled one), and the pipe modifications will probably motivate you to have a plumber install it for you.

Instructions not correct

This is clearly an older model, the instructions are not correct on how to attach the water to the unit, upon research and many many phone calls to Amazon as well as the manufacturer, they recognize the instructions attached is not correct, but choose not to update as it is a phase out product.

Worth it.

Great product. Works great. Competitive price (looks like there’s a coupon available for it now). I have it hooked up with a reverse osmosis system (Max Blue FWIW). What really impressed me, was we had it installed with the rest of our kitchen by our general contractor. He screwed it up. But, the manufacturer of the ReadyHot system was readily available and helped me fix it. A+ customer service. Will buy again when we get a different house.

Worked for a while, but now trips the circuit

The analog control makes it a little hard to dial in a temperature but that wasn’t a bit deal. It worked fine for a few months, but then started tripped the GFCI outlet it’s plugged into. I tried other outlets, so it’s definitely the heater. I contacted support once but they didn’t call me back. I was able to get it working again for a while, but anytime I need to adjust it, it just ends up breaking again. Sometimes I can take the top and bottom off and it works, but once I put those on it starts tripping again. Something is definitely shorting out when it’s all put together.

Shipping delay for 2 weeks, products are not match purchase description.

Try to finish renovation kitchens. It is already frustrating when 3 dispenser shipments delay for 2 weeks. Getting more frustrated and victimized after opening boxes realize 2 Hot and Cold Dual-Lever Faucets are missing. One Faucet is only hot water. All three dispensers are different, one is 190-degree max hot, others are 200 degrees hot. They all look like used and somebody returns them with missing items.

SCAMMERS !!!!

No tap water comes out of the faucet. When I first called Jennifer at Customer Service she was very friendly and I sent her pictures and she said it was installed properly so it was probably a faulty faucet (that they supply) She said she just wanted to check one more thing with the installer. The plumber called her 3 times--no answer. Then I called several more times and left messages. Now her voicemail is not even taking messages. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!
