Where has this been all my life!!
I prefer iced coffee over hot anytime of the year. This is the easiest and fastest method of preparing iced coffee without being watered down that I have ever tried. I have tried many ways, including refrigerator iced coffee (brewed in fridge), k-cups sold specifically to make iced coffee, and just letting the coffee cook on porch in winter lol. None of these are convenient or quick, and the k-cups taste watered down. Now, I usually use regular k-cups, brew, and then pour immediately in the chiller. While I wait a couple minutes to cool, I prepare add ice to my glass. Usually by the time I get my glass of ice ready, coffee is about done in chiller. I just pour in my glass of ice, and bam, done!! I rinse the chiller out and put it back in the freezer. I only take the chiller apart and replace the water inside once every week or two. This is quick and has worked fine for me. Not sure if it is specified to replace water or when, but since the water inside doesn’t touch the coffee, it doesn’t need to be done often at all. I mainly replace the water just in case some is lost to evaporation after awhile. I suggest that if you use a j-cup, you brew into a cup with a pouring lip. I use a glass measuring cup for this purpose. When I used a regular coffee cup, I spilled some pouring into the chiller every time. That was an easy fix, and if your pouring from a coffee carafe, that will not be an issue. Buy it! I have used this everyday since purchase months ago, and it is still working great.

nice
I had to get the instructions online but once I set this up, it's been easy to use. My only problem is that it really doesn't chill to the max.

Does exactly what it’s suppose to
I came across this item in the Keurig coffee app. I purchased this because I love ice coffee but when I would make coffee I would have to let it cool for it to not make my latte’s watery. It’s the perfect size for my ninja one cup coffee maker so I can brew directly in it without dirtying up another cup. Perfect item for a iced coffee lover to have.

I'm happy with it!
I bought one having seen one long ago, but finally decided to try it. I followed instructions accordingly, one small but important detail is to fill the inner and outer chambers with water to the fill line indicated on the metal cups. If you fill them with too much water, you could see undesired side effects. It chills the coffee to a bit colder than room temp, but poured over ice it's great! I rather like it, I've tried other ice coffee methods, but they required more prep and time. This is good for one person in the morning I'd say. I'll likely update my review if I see issues, but I like my purchase. I'd have to say one criticism, as a person who likes seeing well made products. I wish the plastic parts of the chiller were thicker. So that the product feels sturdier. Perhaps make them from polyethylene. If I'm not mistaken polyethylene is very durable, is used with Yeti coolers and the like, and Yeti coolers survive a lot of abuse. I'd just be concerned the extreme change from cold to hot will destroy it ultimately down the road. But I also don't know if it's made from polyethylene to begin with, so it could be fine for a very long time.

Good, but could be great
I bought a Hyperchiller for office coffee - summer in Alabama average 10,000 degrees, so hot coffee seems like a waste. After using it a couple of times, I can understand the hype, but I also noticed more than a few things that merit improvement. Hyperchiller works as advertised-sort of. I won't get into the minutia of why this isn't an iced coffee maker, as I'm sure other reviewers have noted. This isn't a replacement for a Toddy or French press or bean bag or however you prefer to make cold brew coffee-rather, this is something that takes a hotter beverage and makes it colder, and in that regard it works really, really well. If I pour coffee fresh from brewing into the fully-frozen Hyperchiller and let it sit for a minute, the coffee comes out pretty cool. Not freezing cold- hot coffee poured into this is never going to be an iceless experience- but cool enough that I can add ice and milk and not water my drink down. For drinks that are often room temperature and chilled with ice- wine and whiskey come to mind- I think the Hyperchiller can chill them down to that ice cold level, but for near-boiling liquids? Nah. That has more to do with science than any design flaw, though, so I'm fine with it. Something I'm not fine with it the pouring mechanism. I understand the wider you make the opening the more likely you'll lose temperature and have worse results, but the lid is designed with an angled slot sort of design that's very shallow and awkward to fill, at least with a coffee carafe. Even taking a paper cup and making a sort of funnel the pour the coffee in always results in a puddle of coffee around the base of the Hyperchiller. I'll probably bring in a small measuring cup next week to see how that works, but the fact that it's immediately awkward to pour something in means it will end up being a bad user experience. Why not design the lid with gasket-sealed pouring spouts like travel mugs? You open one, dump your liquid in, close it, and it automatically seals. Make the caps the diameter of a quarter and you have a foolproof pouring mechanism. Sure, it adds more to R&D, but it's worth it. Getting the chilled coffee into the cup is a better experience, but not without some quirks as well, namely the lid vents, which are meant to help with freezing/refreezing so the water doesn't stress the steel. The way the pouring spout is designed, you have to almost invert the Hyperchiller to get everything out, which will cause any melted water to pour out of the vent holes as well. There's more than likely a better way to design either the spout or the vents to prevent this. All in all, Hyperchiller is good, but it could be great. There are some design flaws that don't put it in a design museum, but the intentions are there. Hopefully, they'll absorb all the feedback we're leaving and make an even better Model 2.

Amazing!
This little thing is amazing! My husband hates hot coffee but only drinks coffee about 2x a week. This little chiller does exactly what we need it to do. We can brew a k-cup into it and it chills super quick. Love it!

Where have you been all my life!
Absolutelyove this product! I love ice coffee all year round and some coffee grounds just don't work well in a cold brew machine. I love brewing from my regular machine but don't like watered down coffee. This thing chills your coffee in a couple of minutes. You fill 2 of the chambers with water and freeze. You brew your coffee right into it or pour from the pot. Then the coffee chills between the two chambers without watering it down. The price point is amazing and I am so happy I purchased it!

throw your money AT the Hyperchiller if you like instant cold drinks
Even though I heard mad reviews, I was skeptical of how effective this thing could be... well spending-money-friends, throw your money AT the Hyperchiller if you like instant cold drinks! Like really cold! Even with straight-from-the-Keurig hot coffee turned ice cold within a minute! The only thing is, you can't do a spurr of the moment drinks and it only works on 1. So if you're a mega fan of iced coffee or iced tea and don't want to dilute it with ice, get more than 1 of these babies. I know I'll be buying a second one! Reason is, you need the water within the isolated layers to freeze for it to work. It is SUPER effective though! I was also skeptical about the "put it straight under the Keurig thing". I was afraid that it wouldn't be able to handle the flow of the hot coffee pouring out straight from the machine... but nope, no oopsies! The coffee just went in without any splashes or overspills and straight in. Lightly swirl for a minute and voilà! Instant iced coffee to pour into your favorite cup (also spill free pouring!) So yummy! And zero dilution! Just 100% coffee taste. It's amazing when you open up the hyperchiller afterwards because most of the water between the layers is completely melted back to water! That WAS pretty hot! Also super super easy to clean. Take it apart, put it in the dishwasher and done. Putting it back together, including filling the layers with water takes less than a minute. Hassle-free. Definitely recommend and buying a 2nd one. Best way out there to get that hot coffee turned ice cold in seconds without any funny taste.

The best thing is you can use it for any liquid ...
Saw this on unbox therapy - a really decent product. Does exactly what it is supposed to surprisingly. Holds quite a bit of volume to my amazement and does turn any liquid instantly cold - the longer you keep it in there the colder the liquid will become. 60 seconds is all I've needed. The best thing is you can use it for any liquid you want to cool and just rinse and throw back in the freezer. It is pretty huge, looks like something out of Star Wars - Darth Vaders cup. Solid build.

This thing is so bad
If you’re reading the reviews and seeing everyone say that it cracks after a little while and you’re thinking to yourself that people are probably overfilling it, or not putting upright in their freezer and that it won’t happen to you. You’re wrong. Cracked within the return window (thankfully. This thing worked great until it didn’t. It’s landfill junk.
