Better than other brands

This was a thick binder that held up to repeated use and didn't fray. It was easy to put on and remove. Would recommend for anyone following surgery.

I like the width and it supports but...

What I am not fond of is the front panel. With time the inside disintegrates, and it puckers and is no longer smooth. I have a couple so I tried to cut a hole and remove the loose padding but that made a bigger mess.

Tummy Tuck Recovery

This is by far the most comfortable binder for tummy tuck surgery recovery. The extra padding makes it so much better.

Performs as I'd hoped, with some adjusting

Worked ok for what I wanted out of it. I was looking for back support and flexability, the back braces with the bars in them do not allow for bending, sitting and tend to bunch in the front. So this worked as I had hoped, no bunching and allowed for movement. It however does roll a bit when sitting, so adjusting the position helps. Getting it on however and right enough is a bit of a challenge, I now understand why back braces have the secondary pull. I would adjust top and bottom about 2-3 times each, tighter as I went each time to finally achieve my desired position. So it is a bit of work getting on and getting used to but it does what I had hoped it would.

This tummy splint is only part of the exercise program to correct & help heal Diastasis Recti - (abdominal separation) that occurs when pregnant. Well I have had this Diastasis for 15+ yrs! And contemplating surgery (tummy tuck) like no way as the recovery is brutal!! This splint was diff to wear when driving (hard to take a deep breath & could not wear @ night either, but if you can get it snug enough (sometimes A struggle) its great support for your tummy & for your lower back!!!

I recently had to have a double hernia surgery (not fun) and had to wear a binder for 6 weeks. I bought a couple of these to switch between and they were relatively comfortable. The only issue I had with them is they to tend to roll in from the ends some times.

nice support, but had to wear a t-shirt under it - rubbed my body hairs out....
