Not as hoped

I like neon pencils and thought these would be nice because there were a variety of colors. These are disappointing because: 1.Colors are too similar and not really distinguishable from each other 2. These pencils don't work well on card stock. The colors are light and don't show up real well. I would suggest the Koh-I-Noor brand over these. The Koh-I-Noor has much better coloration and works well on card stock.

These pencils do not dissapoint!

These are wonderful pencils and 8 recommend them. They lay down color very nicely and blend well. In the blacklight they pop right off the page! Gorgeous!

Not as pictured

The quality of these colored pencils has been pretty good thus far. They are definitely neon/fluorescent, and a dead match to typical highlighter colors. The issues I would caution buyers about is that the pictures don't reflect the product. First, and the biggest let-down, the pictures show individual color names on the barrels - these do not exist. There is the R&L brand name, and nothing else. None of the pencils look like the color they come out as, and they look nothing like what was pictured. The barrels for orange, two pinks, and two reds all look barely a shade off of each other, likewise the two yellows are overly similar. Minor issues that don't stop the product from working, but a hassle and a time-waster when you can't reliably grab a color and know what it is because the barrels don't match the lead.
