"It just works"
Used these to replace some worn out elastic straps on my Rawlings shin guards that I wear for umpiring. These were a good three or four inches shorter than the ones that I replaced, but that was because the old ones were so stretched out. The clasp on the new ones is more "open" than the ones I replaced, but that seems like a good thing because they're much easier to unhook when the game is over and you're just trying to get home.

A Snap Away!!!
I only needed 6 of these umpire shin guard straps but they are very good material. They are so good; I don’t understand why they need to sell 12 of them; they are wasting product. They are so durable, I don’t think I’ll use the other 6. I’m sure I can sell them to another umpire for what I’ve paid & have mine for free!!

Easy for small hands
These were perfect for my teenagers shin guards.

They are fine
These are better than what came with my daughter's leg guards, but they still slip a bit. They performed adequately, but not great. In a pinch, they will do the trick.

Great straps
I'm an adult who used these for umpire shin guards. The pack 12 straps into this order, so you can replace all of your straps at once. I used 4 on each leg, so I have a few left for next time! I've used them for a full season (2016) (maybe 70 games behind the plate) and they are still like new. I would highly recommend them.

Perfect match
I needed longer strap on my sons catchers gear because when I put the knee savers on the original ones were not long enough. I found these ordered them and they were perfect. Now his knee savers don’t come off or unbuckle it’s itself. My son is 8 years old if that helps too.
